  Everyone I worked with at the Astoria location was very helpful and attentive to my needs! I appreciate their help when in an annoying situation like getting in an accident.

  Always so helpful. Wouldn't recommend the phone system or online but in person whether downtown or the gulf frwy location the staff is amazing.

  The dealership who scheduled the rental car did not call Enterprise before hand to see if there was a car available. Once I got to Enterprise I was told there wouldn’t be a car available until the following week. Olivia Alkire went above and beyond and got me a rental that day. She was AMAZING and delivered impeccable customer service!!! I would most definitely go back to that local because of the service she provided. That kind of customer service is not common. She needs to be recognized. Companies need more people like Olivia!

  This was my initial visit to this particular establishment, and I must say it has been the most exceptional one I've experienced in Houston. Olivia provided outstanding customer service, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. I certainly plan on returning to this location.
