I rarely write reviews, but this Enterprise location absolutely deserves one.
The first time I rented from this location, I had reserved a truck to move some boxes. Unfortunately, the truck wasn’t available. Instead of simply telling me “sorry,” Turbo took the time to ask what I needed the vehicle for. After I explained that I was moving boxes, he showed me a Chrysler Pacifica and demonstrated how all the seats folded flat.
I was skeptical at first because I didn’t think a minivan could hold everything. To my surprise, it fit all of our boxes—and still had room to spare! Not only was it incredibly spacious, but it also saved us a lot on gas compared to driving a truck. That experience completely changed my opinion of minivans and actually inspired me to buy one for my family. I even told Turbo that he played a part in that decision.
Today, I needed to rent another minivan. I had already made reservations at multiple locations, but each one called to tell me they didn’t have one available. So I went back to this Enterprise location because I remembered the excellent service I received before.
Turbo remembered me and, although they didn’t have a minivan available at his location either, he didn’t stop there. He called around until he found one at another Enterprise location. Instead of simply sending me there, he offered to bring the minivan to his location for me. In the end, his coworker—a very tall, kind, and professional lady whose name I unfortunately don’t remember—personally drove my driver to the other location so we could pick up the minivan right away.
That level of customer service is rare. Both Turbo and his coworker went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, friendly, proactive, and genuinely cared about finding a solution instead of just saying, “We don’t have one.”
This is what five-star customer service looks like. Thank you both for making what could have been a frustrating experience so easy. Enterprise is lucky to have employees like you!
