  Dustin was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful representative for Enterprise. From start to finish, he made the process extremely easy, and his professionalism should be the standard for what customer service should be.

  There could not be a more dysfunctional location on this earth than this store. These people are like bobbleheads running around, no one knows what's going on. I gave clear indication of a need for a 3 row vehicle, they tried to give me a 2 row, then when I said that won't work they walked over to a 3 row that was clearly just returned and not cleaned, to give it to me. I asked if it was cleaned they said yes. Anyone with eyeballs can see it wasn't washed or wiped down/sanitized at all. Only came here because it's by my dealership, id rather walk miles to the other location in memorial than come back here again. UPDATE: No surprise the vehicle given to me literally died on the middle of the highway. They obviously didn't check it before giving it back out. There was an ⚠️ alert on the dash that I inquired about but was shrugged off. They were overwhelmed, short staffed and very discombobulated. However none of that makes it ok that I was put in a dangerous situation with my child on the car. Had I not reacted swiftly, I could have been pummeled on the road. Don't worry, I called their road side assistance only to be told that they couldn't help I needed to call the local police. True story. Then I called this location back and they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't bring me a car to swap until the following day. After you gave me a lemon and almost ended my life on the highway?! Crazy talk. Stay away, stay away stay away from this location.

  Dustin, branch manager at this location , is an exceptional customer service professional. He went above and beyond to ensure that we received our rental car promptly, especially during this peak season. We’re confident that we’ll return to this location for our future car rentals.
