  Absolutely horrible experience, completely unprofessional service and staff. We booked a large SUV over a week ago, which we have the confirmation to pick up this morning and when we got there not only did the didt have the car they never thought to call us to notify us. When I asked why, they said: meeeen we were trying to figure it out. They couldn't figure out cause this was clearly pick up time and they didn't have the car. Is a lack of respect to have us drive there to play with our time, they could at least have had the courtesy of letting us know they couldn't provide the service we had contracted. I know sometimes you dont have a choice, but if you do, go literally anywhere but here. Their lack of empathy was just the cherry on top.

  Be very careful before renting from this Enterprise location. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I felt misled about the charges and how the situation was handled. Even after speaking with Enterprise customer service and reaching an agreement on how the issue would be resolved, I was later told that the final decision was up to the individual location. That left me going in circles with no real resolution. Save yourself the bad experience and consider another rental company. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not rent from this location again.

  Very friendly staff there's no long waiting period to process your reservations had a suitable amount of cars which was great but definitely do business at that location again.
