  These guys are Top-tier! I walked in, and while they were busy and couldn't get to me, I didn't feel ignored- so plus in their direction. I had a rental from a different enterprise that was acting up and Gus was full on gracious. I wasn't able to catch everyone's names, but even on a hot Thursday they were all helpful and not grumpy. They had me in a new vehicle so quick I was able to make it home by 10pm. 5 stars

  Rented a car online, no cars available when I went to pick it up. Was told an area manager would call, no call. Rented a car in a different city was told I wouldn't have a one way fee due to the service issue, was charged for a one way trip. One star is too high, they need a zero star option.

  I confirmed the drop off for my rental for 6 pm Saturday evening. I show up and no one is there and apparently this is the only location that doesn’t allow after hour drop offs. I try to call corporate and I’m continually hung up on. Anyone have a clue how to get through to this business?

  Really good experience! Gus, the check-in agent, was cordial and professional; a lot of folks could learn lessons from him. Doing the advanced check-in on their web site was a time-saver; I really recommend it for a quick pick-up the day of your rental. Azael G., this location's branch manager, was a really decent guy. He texted to check on my rental and asked how things were when I returned it. He’s been running this branch for a while and it shows. Kudos to Enterprise Washington!
