  our experience with enterprise was very smooth, from the reservation, to vehicle turn over, and the return. Kade from enterprise westheimer 77077 was the one who assisted us through the process and it was surprisingly hassle free for both parties. We are glad we chose this branch for our rental car while our vehicle was being repaired by crash champions. Also, they refunded us our full deposit after we returned the rental car. over all, our experience was great and we appreciate enterprise’s help especially Kade. Again, thank you and it was nice working with you guys. You did a great job!

  My experience at Enterprise was very great the young ladies that help us has great customer service I love renting from enterprise everyone is nice and I got what I needed so please rent a car for any occasion at Enterprise on westhemeir great job let the young ladies know we was please with her service

  The young lady that I asked if could I return the rental at a different location told me that they had a dropbox which they didn’t. The workers are very incompetent here. She also gave me the wrong address to the drop off location. I will never rent here again. Now I have to pay a $75 fee for a return at a different location due to the incompetence of the enterprise employee
