  This is a LONG overdue review, and I’m so sorry to all of the staff here because I have completely forgotten everyone’s names! My car was stolen back in April, and while I was waiting for everything to get sorted out, I had to pick up a rental car every Monday morning and return it every Friday for probably 6 to 8 weeks. As you can imagine, this was SUCH a pain, but this Enterprise made the entire situation so much better. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, accommodating, and efficient. Monday mornings were usually pretty busy, but they were always on top of everything and worked quickly to get everyone taken care of. And when you’re already not thrilled about having to pick up a rental car before starting your work week, having people greet you with a smile, be genuinely kind to you, and make the process easy really does make a difference. They somehow gave my Monday mornings a little extra spark during a pretty frustrating time in my life. They were also always extremely accommodating. Whenever they had the ability to upgrade me, they would, and they would let me choose between the available cars within my price range. I never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone or asking too many questions. They were always patient, understanding, and genuinely seemed to want me to leave happy with the car I was getting. It is a smaller Enterprise location, so obviously you’re not going to have 5 million cars sitting there to choose from, but I was always happy with what I received. More importantly, the customer service here is AMAZING. After going in twice a week for nearly two months, I had plenty of opportunities to interact with the staff, and they were consistently wonderful. Having your car stolen and then dealing with rentals week after week is not exactly a fun experience, but this team made one annoying part of that situation so much easier and honestly a little more enjoyable. If you ever need to rent a car in the Heights, I absolutely recommend coming here. You’ll be taken care of by genuinely kind people who are efficient, understanding, and will somehow manage to make your day a little better in the process. ❤️

  DO NOT rent from Enterprise. I made a reservation for a specific vehicle two weeks in advance, and when the time came to pick it up, they didn't have it. They said they called me and emailed me to let me know none of that vehicle were available, but I did not get one voicemail or e-mail about it from them. They had two weeks to make it happen and they failed. Additionally, the replacement vehicles they offered were unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time I need to rent a car. If you're reading this, you should do the same.

  The customer service at the location is definitely top notch! I used their service during an insurance claim, they keep me updated throughout the entire process that almost ended up being close to 30 days. They delivered my rental to the collision shop and picked it up from there upon return. What put the cherry on top, I accidentally left my reading glasses in the side door of the rental, after searching all over (almost 1 month later) I decided to call this location and asked if my glasses had been turned in. Sure enough they were there in lost & found! I really appreciate their honesty the most!! 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend this location!

  Zack Midboe is the man. Absolutely exceptional. Was able to help us through a series of red tape issues with confidence, and make sure we were taken care of properly. I have been an Enterprise gold member for years and this guy is the kind of reason I stick around. Excellent experience

  Amazing service from Zack! I had a family emergency due to the loss of my great grandpa, and after having a terrible experience at another location, I came here. I didn’t tell them what had happened at the previous location or about the horrible experience I had, but they truly went above and beyond to make my experience so much better. Even though they were extremely busy and packed, they still made sure I was taken care of and even apologized for the wait. I was in no rush at all because I could see how busy they were, and I really appreciated their kindness and patience. Zack made a difficult day just a little easier for me, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful service I received. This will definitely be the location I book with from now on whenever I need a rental. Thank you so much for making my day a little easier during a difficult time!
