  Amazing service from Zack! I had a family emergency due to the loss of my great grandpa, and after having a terrible experience at another location, I came here. I didn’t tell them what had happened at the previous location or about the horrible experience I had, but they truly went above and beyond to make my experience so much better. Even though they were extremely busy and packed, they still made sure I was taken care of and even apologized for the wait. I was in no rush at all because I could see how busy they were, and I really appreciated their kindness and patience. Zack made a difficult day just a little easier for me, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful service I received. This will definitely be the location I book with from now on whenever I need a rental. Thank you so much for making my day a little easier during a difficult time!

  These guys treated me right when I rent from them every month. I’m glad they remodeled the front office. Looks great. Parking can be a bit tight because this team stays busy traffic in and out. Ask for Sheldon as he is the best there. professional and friendly to me and my team.

  the guys at this location are amazing! they are incredibly kind and accommodating. dealing with getting a rental car from insurance after a wreck can be extremely stressful and they were so helpful and kind. specifically the store/location/branch manager who was working friday July, 31st midday and the gentleman with red hair who was working the evening of August 18th. i didn’t get their names because both times they were very busy. but i highly recommend this location because of the staff.

  I cannot say enough good things about this Enterprise location and the staff, especially Jeff and Sonny! From the moment I called, the energy was completely different. I felt welcomed and genuinely helped, not like I was bothering anyone. I originally had a reservation at another Enterprise location, but they didn’t have any cars available. When I called this location, they made everything so easy. You can tell they take pride in this location, care about their customers, and even take pride in the vehicles they have. What really stood out to me was that I’m from Florida and needed to drive back home. Sonny even stayed on the phone and helped me work through an issue with the Enterprise locations in Florida because they weren’t understanding how my reservation worked. He explained everything to them and helped get it worked out. Jeff and Sonny made a stressful situation so much easier for me, and I truly appreciate them. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. If you’re renting a car in Houston, I would absolutely recommend this location!

  Thank you so much for arranging the rental car for my trip. I was honestly surprised by the vehicle I received—it’s a great car! I wasn’t expecting something so new, comfortable, and enjoyable to drive. It definitely made the trip even better. My plans changed unexpectedly, so I had to return the car a day earlier than scheduled. Even with the change, the return process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. The only small point I’d like to mention is that the vehicle was provided with only about a quarter of a tank of fuel. When I returned it, it had more than half a tank. This wasn’t a major issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning as feedback. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Sunny for the excellent service. He was very professional, friendly, and made both the pickup and return process smooth and easy. It was a pleasure working with him. Please pass along my appreciation.
