  I rented an a SUV from enterprise. The vehicle had fleas. I ended up with multiple bites on my legs.

  They ran out of cars. What was supposed to be a 30 min appointment to drop off my car for repairs and get a rental turned into over an hour of bs. I spent 20 mins with the geico and bodyshop people before going to enterprise. After waiting 20 more minutes for them to see me(other customers) , I had to wait another 20 mins while they called other enterprises to see if they could borrow a car. The one that had a car for them was 20 minutes away so they drove me there to get it. For my troubles, they basically gave me 1/8th tank of gas. The best part is that I was still 20 mins out of my way, in some area I had never even been before. After returning the vehicle, I realized that I had forgotten a small item, and I sent an email about it to the address on the card that the guy who drove me gave to me. He never answered. The item isn't THAT important, but why have a card with an email address if you don't bother responding to emails?
