  The staff was great, even though they were extremely busy and appeared understaffed, they stayed professional, and had genuine, pleasant smiles, while dealing with multiple customers, many of which did not have very much patience. They are always busy, I believe it’s because of how well they treat their customers that people keep coming back.

  Failing to inform your customers that requirements have changed AFTER Enterprise changes your scheduled vehicle through customer service, then doing NOTHING to assist in correcting Ya'lls mistake, is UNPROFESSIONAL! "Debit Cards and or Credit Cards" should both equally be accepted for ALL vehicles. Informing your customers of y'all's current specific requirements at the time they show to "pick up!" Is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional especially when y'all do nothing to remedy the issue. Making your customers drive across town and late for their preplanned agenda in a vehicle the wrong size from the wrong location is substandard business practice. If a Debit or Credit card can be accepted for one vehicle then it SHOULD BE ACCEPTED for ALL. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

  Enterprise rent a car is superb. Their rates are extremely reasonable, and they do their absolute missed. To get a rental car for you that meets your needs. I highly recommend them. I've only had to use rent car 3 times in my life. And the first time I went to another rental place that didn't have such great accommodations.When I found out about enterprise, I made it a point that if I ever need a rent car I will go to enterprise.I highly recommend them.

  Great customer service from the time I entered the office everyone was polite and greeted me as I entered the room. The young lady that checked me in awesome and the one that checked me out just great customer service. Please keep that in you guys place cause we need that in every business with people are coming and going. Thanks again to all that's working in that location.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I reserved a vehicle at this location four days in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. On the day of pickup, I received a call asking if I was still coming. I arrived within an hour, only to find that the vehicle was not even on-site. I was initially told the vehicle would arrive in 20 minutes. After waiting an hour, I asked for an update and was then told it would take another 50 minutes. At that point, I was frustrated and confused about the purpose of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t available when promised. What made the experience even worse was the lack of urgency or concern from the staff. There was little communication, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I made a decision to cancel and drive my own vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience reinforces why I typically do not use Enterprise. A reservation should mean that the vehicle is reserved and available when the customer arrives.
