- RLR LukeAug 28, 20261.0I have rented from Enterprise since 2007, but my experience at this particular location has been unsatisfactory. The staff lacks professionalism, and the customer service is poor. I was particularly disappointed with Austin, who represented himself as a manager. Austin's unprofessional demeanor and inability to communicate effectively were evident. As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service and attention to resolving issues. If Austin is a manager at this location it's very shocking. Also, managers come and go at this location and that's probably the reason why it's chaotic and very unorganized over there.
