  They are amazing! I had Trent and he went above and beyond to help me! The entire experience was more then amazing! They worked with me and helped me through it all! I have already recommended them to coworkers and friends!

  ADD-ON SERVICE SCAM! I bought a car from this Enterprise. They sold me the LO Jack Service. It is a scam! I have been trying to cancel this service for months and Lo Jack refuses to cancel. Don’t buy a car from this place! They just want to upsell you a bunch of extra services to include it in the loan and it is not legit. Lo Jack installed a device in my car, but the service is useless and you cannot get in touch with customer service. One time, I was ok hold for 2 hours! Run from this Enterprise. It is best to buy at a dealership. Lo Jack does not want to reimburse clients for future payments on the Lo Jack service even when the service has been cancelled.

  Aaron from Enterprise made this a great experience and was so easy to decide to purchase my 2024 Jetta. Definitely always worried to feel like I got screwed after a purchase. Not this time. I truly got a great deal and a low car note. What more can you ask for?! I would recommend going here if you want a reliable vehicle at a good price. They are very nice and instead of just pushing sale they want to get to know about you and your needs. Plus they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles.

  Second time buying my first car 2.0 a with Brian because my first one that I had for less than a week was destroyed by a reckless driver (VW Taos can take a beating and keep you safe). Second time is the charm and I love my new 2024 VW Tiguan everything happens for a reason. Brian took the time to listen to everything I wanted in a vehicle and helped me find the perfect one. He even took the time to go pick it up from a different location in Houston for me when we found the perfect vehicle. Enterprise car sales team treats you like family. 10/10 recommend for all your car buying needs.

  Terry was so sweet to my baby, played soft music and dimmed the lights when he was getting sleepy. The sales reps are straight forward, provide all the info you need, and are happy to work with you within their ability.
