  My experience with Eric was fabulous he has excellent customer service, i was able to go after work and claim the vehicle i had been wanting, the service was very fast i was not waiting for long at all which i greatly appreciate because i was very busy !! Thank you!

  Today I applied online for a vehicle and was approved and reached out to this location for assistance with the vehicle I was interested in, which was available in California with the ability to transfer with a fee for transfer. Zubin was the representative that was supposed to assist me. There was a 2hr waiting period back and forth because he wanted to sale me high mileage vehicle ( over 35,000 miles) , after the frustration of the push for a vehicle I didn't want as the one I chose only had 7,000 miles and was a 2026 and the vehicle he was pushing was 2025, and over 35,000 miles. I told him I would search elsewhere because I was aggravated by the persistence of Zubin. He then asked me to speak to the manager which tried do the same and hung up the phone in my face when I insisted on keeping the vehicle i chose online. This is one of the worst customer service experiences ever. And, advice to everyone is to run in the opposite direction where you will be treated as a valued customer.

  This review is for anyone looking to buy a car, but especially for the ladies and anyone who doesn’t have a “car hookup” or know all the ins and outs of buying a vehicle and just doesn’t want to get bamboozled! 😂 I purchased my 2024 Toyota Highlander on 4/28/26 and traded in my 2014 Jeep Patriot. From selling them my old vehicle to purchasing my new one, the entire experience was easy and stress-free. The Highlander I wanted wasn’t local, so I paid a fee to have it transferred here. Everything went smoothly, and I got exactly what I wanted. Donnovan was like the cousin I never had looking out for me throughout the whole process! 😂 He made sure I understood what was going on, answered my questions, and I never felt like I was being pressured or taken advantage of. That meant a lot to me. Buying a car can be intimidating when you don’t know whether someone is really giving you a good deal or just trying to make a sale. I felt comfortable with Donnovan and felt like he genuinely wanted me to leave happy with my purchase. Almost 5 months later, I’m still happy with my Highlander and with the experience I had. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want someone who will actually look out for you, go see Donnovan asap! 💚🚗
