  Enterprise Sales Associate, Tasha went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. To top it off I have bad credit and a horrible driving record, once again thank you Tasha for making this miracle happen.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ! I honestly warn people to be extremely cautious of this place. I spent alot of money and agreed to the purchase of a Jeep Wagoneer L. Within 2 days of the sales people delivering the car (they pushed hard to close this sale due to end of the month targets!) I reported a problem that the car was just shutting down ! Yes shutting off. I have a young baby , this is a dangerous situation and not what i spent all my hard all money and savings on .The sales team were so HELPFUL When buying the car and after that I've been told "its my problem now" and they want nothing to do with helping me The warranty they claim covers you does not and im currently in over $5k on funds trying to fix this

  i cannot rave enough about my experience today at this branch of enterprise car sales. Tasha has been so supportive and empathetic from day one. the entire process was more or less speedy, fully transparent, and i felt like my hand was being held the entire time (in a good way!!). the entire staff was so unbelievably friendly and accommodating that i almost forgot i was there to buy a car. it genuinely felt like chatting with friends, and i was almost sad to drive away in my new car… almost. big love to Tasha and the rest of the team!!

  Do not do business with Enterprise Car Sales. I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX30 less than six months ago and the battery died on me yesterday. The sales agent Rafayet Imtiaz and the Manager "Mark" told me that there was nothing they could do because the vehicle was purchased six months ago! I have purchased over 6 vehicles in my lifetime and this is the only instance in which a vehicle which I just purchased had an expired battery. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the vehicles sold at this "Enterprise." Don't make the same mistake.
