  I contacted E1 Garage for a quote on repairs to my Toyota Highlander, and I was absolutely shocked by their pricing! They quoted me $1,000 to replace a CV axle and another $1,600 to replace the lower control arm, totaling $2,600! After doing some research, I found that the CV axle replacement part costs less than $200, yet they are charging approximately $800 more for what appears to be mostly labor. That is absolutely ridiculous and extremely overpriced in my opinion! I understand that mechanics need to make money and charge for their expertise, but these prices are completely unreasonable. There is a difference between charging a fair price for professional work and overcharging customers. I definitely won’t be moving forward with these repairs at E1 Garage. Very disappointed with their pricing, and I strongly recommend shopping around and getting multiple quotes before agreeing to any repairs here. $2,600 for these two repairs is outrageous. No thanks!

  Brought my Audi S5 here for a coolant pump and vacuum system issue. Alec was super helpful and professional! They ran a free diagnostic check for my car as well. I went ahead with repairs same day and got my car back the next day. Additionally, they provided a loaner free of charge. Highly recommend E1 for any issues you may have!

  Great experience with E1 Garage. Alec took great care of my Audi and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, the service was professional, and I never felt pressured. Definitely a shop I trust and would recommend.
