  Took my Mercedes GLC 63 AMG to E1 Garage for air suspension issues and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. They got my car in right away, put me in a free loaner, and figured out the issue fast. Communication from Alec was great the whole time and the repair was completed way quicker than I expected. I’ve brought my Mercedes here for everything from maintenance to performance work and they’ve always treated me right. Hard to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, honest, and doesn’t make you feel pressured. Prices are fair, the work is solid, and overall it’s been a much better experience than dealing with the dealership. Definitely recommend E1 Garage if you have a European car and want people you can actually trust with it.

  I wouldn’t take my SUV to anyone but these guys. Great reputation and amazing service. Ask for Alec, he will take care of you there. If you care about your car the way I do, you need someone you can trust. It is better to be safe than sorry, always. It also doesn’t hurt to deal with a company with people who communicate promptly, a rarely these days.

  My first time here and I was left extremely impressed, came in for a suspension concern on my Volvo and it was assessed right away, they put me in a free loaner and had it fixed the following morning! 10/10 will be back. Friendly, honest, convenient and quick turnaround

  Fantastic Euro and JDM shop! I bought a new 2026 Honda Civic and have been using E1 Garage since I picked it up. They've been outstanding from Alec at the front desk to Berto the manager and the technicians who perform the work. Each visit includes a full multi-point inspection with photos and clear notes if anything needs attention. It's rare to find a shop that's honest, dependable, and reasonably priced, E1 hits the mark 100%. I've had my oil services there (at 15k miles currently) and appreciate that they use Liqui Moly oil. They also offer very nice loaners cars for FREE! Scheduling is always a breeze...so much better than going to the dealer. Definitely a hidden gem in Houston for car maintenance/services. I look forward to continuing to service my vehicle with them!

  I had a great experience bringing my Audi R8 in for service. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the repair. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust with a high-performance car, but these guys really know what they’re doing. The service was quick, professional, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for reliable service and genuinely great customer care!
