  Where do I begin, this review is long over-due. I had an outstanding first experience with E1 Garage and my recent second experience was even better. Alec and the team is incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They quickly resolved the modification issue that I was experiencing with my vehicle. What really sets Alec and the team apart from other competitors is their expertise and professionalism. It’s clear they have years of experience, and they treat every vehicle as if it were their own. I can’t recommend E1 Garage highly enough. They have absolutely earned my confidence and future business. It truly is hard to find people, let alone a business that takes care of clients like they do! Honestly, my review does not do justice, go experience E1 Garage for yourself you won’t be disappointed! 🙏🏽

  Finding a trustworthy shop that truly understands Audi vehicles can be challenging, especially when it comes to an Audi Q3. That’s why I wanted to take a moment to recognize Humberto and his team for delivering an outstanding first experience. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, commitment, and customer service was exceptional. The complimentary loaner vehicle was clean, newer, and ready to go, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. What impressed me the most was that my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in just one day, despite the city dealing with flooding and difficult conditions. That kind of dedication speaks volumes about the team’s work ethic and commitment to their customers. Thank you, Humberto, and your entire team for making this such a positive experience.   I’ve been to E1 a few times for my Tesla and Alec and Hector have been very accommodating. I had my car aligned in a different city a few weeks ago and found out that they probably shouldn’t have aligned my car without replacing the control arms. I got my control arms replaced and got my car re-aligned and received a complimentary re-look at the alignment to ensure things were appropriate. I also like to get coffee across the street at Tenfold coffee which is nice too. I’ve seen other people from outer suburbs bring their car in to E1 so it looks like customers (including me) are def willing to travel to get our cars serviced here.

  Took my Mercedes GLC 63 AMG to E1 Garage for air suspension issues and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. They got my car in right away, put me in a free loaner, and figured out the issue fast. Communication from Alec was great the whole time and the repair was completed way quicker than I expected. I’ve brought my Mercedes here for everything from maintenance to performance work and they’ve always treated me right. Hard to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, honest, and doesn’t make you feel pressured. Prices are fair, the work is solid, and overall it’s been a much better experience than dealing with the dealership. Definitely recommend E1 Garage if you have a European car and want people you can actually trust with it.
