Unknowingly from a hail storm, we had supposedly about 200 plus dents in the car! Jim was a super sales professional when he came out to quote the repair.
He explained the whole process and that he would take care of all the damages from the hail without even removing the headliner! He only needed help removing the front hood. As it turned out we had over double the dents he originally thought and didn't charge any more than quoted. His excellent work garnished him additional money from me!
