- BHBrandon Herda3 days ago1.0Volvo is bought for safety. Our car had a rear door lock issue under warranty. Brought it in and waited almost 3 weeks for a part. Then they called, bring it in. Car was left for 2 days. Found out, because we asked, it was misdiagnosed and another part was ordered. Waiting now again and have tried to reach anyone at any Demontrand dealership and the phone system must be down and email. I have bought a lot of cars over my time and have never had such trouble getting answers and prompt service from a dealership. I can’t believe Volvo allows this. Buyer beware you will buy a perty good car but the service from Volvo North gets an F grade. I am seriously going back to Sewell.

My overall rating is a 6 because the computer system upgrade took approximately 3.5 hours, which seems excessive for this type of service. Based on my background as a Business Technology Specialist, this process appears to need improvement and better training for the service team. KIA is a technology-forward company, and I believe the service staff would benefit from additional hands-on training to complete these updates more efficiently. Please share this feedback with the location manager so the process can be improved for future customers.

You will get forwarded around to 4 different areas and then sent to somewhere and no one answers. Today was PARTS for a warranty repair and no one again picks up. We bought the car as my daughter’s first car for safety. Buy at Sewell if you want service.
