I will admit, the initial issue is not demontronds Fault. But they have made this nothing but a pain in my butt to deal with. I brought in my wife’s electric Volvo XC 40 recharge. The backup camera has malfunctioned and you can’t see anything in it. This was two months ago. They tried to reflash it, which was unsuccessful. They promised us they were going to get with Volvo and figure out a solution to the issue and get right back to us. I have called them religiously every week since then. I have left voicemails. I’ve done everything I can do to get a hold of somebody. And I have received absolutely zero response. I’m glad I didn’t purchase the vehicle from here, but your service center leads me to believe that the dealership is a whole really doesn’t care about anything besides selling you a car. Which is exactly what they tried to do with my wife. We’ll just trade it in on a different car they said. I don’t want a different car lol. I want you to fix the car that I have. The car has less than 50,000 miles on it. So for all practical purposes, it is basically a new Volvo. Customer service matters.

After 2 days, we finally heard back. We called 5 times to discuss recommended service. No word. Lost complete trust in Demontrond. Moving current and future service to West Houston.
