  Customer service is very poor in the service department. They need to have a refresher course. It took me 2/3 times to get in touch with anyone. I could go on, there was more. THINK TWICE before choosing this dealership service department.

  WORST customer service EVER! It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of someone in the service dept. They always leave you on hold and never call you back. You have to literally go there in person to get an answer or an update on your vehicle. They convinced us to buy a $3500 extended warranty with our used vehicle purchase. We’ve tried to use it 3 times now and it is the WORST experience we’ve ever dealt with. They can never fix the vehicle and never want to honor the warranty or give us a loaner vehicle. They make us take it to other dealerships to figure out. We had an AC problem and it took over a month to get it back. Another issue with the back seat motor took over 2 weeks. No loaner and no communication. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

  Carlos was absolutely amazing throughout my entire car-buying experience! From the moment I walked in, he was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. He actually listened to what I wanted and worked hard to help me get into a car that I LOVE. Buying a car can definitely be stressful, but Carlos made the experience smooth, easy, and exciting. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and I truly appreciated how attentive and helpful he was from beginning to end.   There is a reason this dealer is ranked much lower than other area dealers. The purchase of our 2023 XC60 was fine. The service department has been a nightmare. They constantly upsell everything from engine and cab filters to expensive software updates. The car does OTA updates on its own. They tried to explain to me that it’s like an iPhone. As someone who is both mechanically handy and with over over 25 years of experience in software and hardware architecture, this was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard and I’ve heard some whoppers. Anyways aside from the rather common upsell attempts, the biggest issue has been a warranty repair. The car through an evap purge valve error in April of this year, my wife went in on April 30th to have the issue diagnosed. They told her they were ordering a part, which I assumed was the actual purge valve. She went back in on June 19th after being informed the part had arrived. Instead, the noted they noticed a leak in an evap pipe and replaced it and cleared codes. No other information on diagnostics was given. The code reappeared two weeks later, which is the same amount of time the code took when I cleared it originally with my own ODB scanner. Now, they want us to come back to re diagnose. My time, my wife’s time, etc. is more valuable than that. You have lost all trust. We won’t be back and have chosen to have the warranty repair done by another dealer. Update: We went another area dealer and service department who gave us a loaner and had the issue addressed: including the part replacement, full diagnostic notes, etc. the same day.

  Came for a new Kia K4, the staff was friendly and professional, the car we wanted was immediately available for a test drive, and we were able to finish the purchasing process within roughly 3 hours. All in all a pretty good experience. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the financing APR offers through Kia Financing (in-house), the rates are not really competitive (5.9% with a credit score over 800) - for comparison, I also just bought a Hyundai Elantra and used the same in-house financing (Kia and Hyundai belong together) with an APR of 1.99%.
