  I've been taking my vehicle to this dealership for about 2 years now. Although this isn't where I originally purchased my vehicle they have gained my trust. The staff is always professional and communicates with me throughout the service of my car. I feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. I've consistently received great service here. Its important to have a dealership that you can trust with your vehicle and I feel comfortable bringing mine here. The work is done properly and I'm always treated with respect. As a woman going into a dealership this is important. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced

  I purchase a car every 10 years with cash- NEVER A NEW ONE! But, due to value and pricing options at DeMontrond, I was shocked to find that new car value with warranty made more since financially than getting the same car with 20k miles and no warranty for 1k cheaper. ***Megan (sales woman) and Bobby the finance fella) were the highlight of my visit***. They were extremely flexible and willing to work with me on my trade in, pricing for the new Kia, and they got me insurance before driving out! At a great rate too- streamlined me quotes from geico and progressive. Pricing was UNBEATABLE- I called every single Kia dealership and all carmax locations in the greater Houston area- I got a new car for the same if not better than used car with 20k miles in an older year. I convinced myself never to buy new - but the value they provided had me break my golden rule. Also, warranties and coverage options were reasonably priced additions I couldn’t skip on. Ask for Megan - you won’t be let down. She’s down to earth and will not pressure you. I forgot my garage door opener in my trade in and she fed-exd it next day with a new tank of gas offer for my first service. I never leave reviews but due to a fantastic experience I am here now and enjoying my new 2026 Kia k5GT in style. DeMontrond stepped up their game!

  Do not buy from here. Every time we have an appointment for an oil change we wait at least 2.5-3 hours in the waiting area and it's always the same excuse, that they're short handed. We dropped my telluride off a week ago and told the man at the service desk exactly what we thought was wrong with it. Told him they need to drive it for just a few minutes and they will hear the sound it makes. They didn't even look at it for 4 days and when they did, they proceeded to do a multi point inspection that no one asked them to do. Where they said we need to replace struts, shocks, change trans fluid, flush differential, flush brakes, replace cabin filter, battery, wiper blades front and back, alignment, cooling system flush. That's not what we asked them to do. We told them there is a sound in the rear when turning, that make bumps, dragging, thumps consistent with the AWD Coupler. They wouldn't answer the phone or respond to the text messages. Never called me to explain anything wrong or right. We will never buy from them ever again and we will never go back to their service dept again. No communication whatsoever and terrible service. If I could leave zero stars I would!

  I bought a brand new Kia Sportage Hybrid Ex last week, and after spending long hours to do paperwork etc., at time of delivery they only gave me 1 key and they told they forgot to take the other key and since it was very late they cannot get keys from where it was kept and they would send 2nd key to my home directly. It’s been 7 days now , they still haven’t sent me the key. So I called them up to remind, and they transferred my call to the sale assistance as main sale that sold vehicle was on leave. He hasn’t responded So far and doesn’t even call me back. This is so ridiculous and frustrating to chase people for the keys of car you already full amount.

  To start off, this entirely horrible experience, we walked in, weren’t greeted by anyone, walked up to the desk where the receptionist took a solid 2 minutes to even look up from her phone, and when she finally deemed it appropriate to address us, we asked for who I thought I was meeting with and she said she didn’t have him in her directory….without looking. Still we gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Someone overheard and brought us to him. We were early so we were introduced to another salesman. A seemingly perfectly nice man, who bless his heart knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle I was interested in. I asked about the warranty…didn’t know, I asked about the air conditioning, or lack thereof…didn’t know. Now I’m a first time car buyer, so I do feel a bit blind in this whole process but I was eager to hopefully make a purchase so I overlooked a lot of red flags. Now this is where things really took a turn in the shady side, once they started crunching numbers and I wasn’t liking what I was seeing and was ready and willing to walk away without a hard hit on my credit, they convinced me to stay. Now being a young woman who has never so much as been to a car dealership before, I had questions about the inquiry to my credit and if I weren’t to buy that specific car. I was then told, and I quote, “credit hits don’t work like they used to, you have a grace period so you can shop around for cars, but the finance guys can tell you more”. Truth be told, these grown men (MANAGER and salesmen!!!) took full advantage of a 20 something year old and I feel about as stupid as they thought I was. After sitting for 5 HOURS, finally we get brought to the finance representative, who was the only person who told me the truth the entire time I was in there. Numbers were given to me that were even higher than the original quote I’d been given and I wasn’t really sure if I truly wanted to go through with it. And so I decided to ask for more information about the hard inquiry. To my surprise he told me that what the manager and his representatives said was not the truth…. I grabbed my things and thanked him for his time and walked out. And now I know why people call car salesmen sly, shady, individuals with absolutely no morals. I will not be stepping foot in any of the Demontrod dealers if this is the behavior they tolerate, and if you’re currently shopping for a new vehicle stay clear!
