  I was so pleased and happy to be able to purchase my vehicle from a great salesman name Luis Castillo Jr. He greeted my family with a smile and we felt very welcomed there. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions very professional. I recommend friends, family or anyone looking for a car to go purchase a vehicle from Luis.Everyone was so nice and friendly. They were all knowledgeable. I am sending anyone to deal with Luis because he is a great salesman that cares about people. Great place to go buy a car from Carvibe.👍👍👍

  Came here with my boyfriend to get more information on a car he was interested in. We were not greeted at all when we entered. Despite two people sitting at their desks, one of them vaping, neither of them came up to us and asked what we we needed help with. This lack of professionalism made us feel unwelcome and we decided not to leave.

  I was there from 11am to 4pm just for them to tell me I wasn’t approved. Came with a co-signer and pre approval and they still couldn’t do anything for me, but it seemed more like they couldn’t work a deal that would cater to them. Ended up going to another dealership and getting approved on a 0 mile car with $0 down within 30 mins also there was a lady there who came all the way from Louisiana and they had her waiting for hours on end just to send her home for no reason honestly terrible service and these guys lie to get you to come into the office just to run your credit and find a deal that will make them money they are not looking to get you in a car unless it works out in their favor.

  I'm sorry to say I had really bad experience from this place because I brought my car online and I sent who ever Marc Stahl my money and my down payment but never received my car I paid for. I was told that the delivery truck broke down in transit, and everyday i text these fools they tell me they would get back to me shortly but never do. I ask for a refund since they can't deliver my car but they tell me that if I get a refund I won't get the full refund back because the car has already left there lot already. But they want me to let them keep my shipping fee when it not even my fault that the shipping vehicle broke down in transit. I'm the one inconvenienced at the end of the day because I trusted them. They don't want to give me no updates about nothing neither do they want to give me my money back! So be warned that these people is not good. They got me blocked in the chat but here it is I don't have my car I paid for and they don't want to give me money back. It's a lesson learned. Never pay for nothing you didnt put your 2 eyes on.
