  I was looking for a used car and carvibe had the one I liked. Demetrius came to assist me with the purchase and after having a test drive I began the process. Affordable price and easy payment plan I was out in no time.

  No yall are a joke yall lie to people saying that forsure yall can get someone into a car. I had all of my stuff ready , everything theybssked for , including my 800 dollar down payment when I went up there. I made sure I asked maybe 5 times before I went up there if everything was good and they said yes. They assured me that I would be driving out with a veachle 100 percent. And when I get up there spent 2 and half hours just for yall to tell me yall couldn't get it done. Didn't want no part of me when yall found out . As soon. As they know they can't approve you. They literally will put u aside and tell you to kick rocks. I had to Uber to yall . And Uber back (45dollar there and 45 back). Yalls customer service is very bad as well no good communication vibes. Didn't even greet me . I had to keep asking three different people to help me to finally sit me down with the salesman that didn't have a clue of what he was doing. Just didn't feel comfortable with yall. Thank God I found a dealership that took care of me and much more. Yall are a joke. Yall should hire new salesmen too. Lester had absolutely no social skills at all. He had to keep asking for help from the manager. Thanks a lot for nothing. Yall need to stop lying to customers just to get them to go up there. Thats not right. I highly recommend to not go here guys . Sorry not sorry

  Extremely disappointing experience with Car Vibe Houston. I was a serious buyer interested in a specific truck and had been communicating with multiple salespeople. I even offered to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle. Since I’m out of town, I arranged for a friend in Houston to inspect and test drive it on my behalf. We scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment. I confirmed the appointment by phone the night before and confirmed it again by text the morning of the appointment with multiple members of their sales staff. They knew exactly which truck he was coming to see and that, if everything checked out, I was prepared to purchase it immediately. My friend drove an hour across Houston traffic to get there. When he arrived, they told him the truck had been sold and someone else had put a deposit on it. Not one phone call. Not one text. Nothing. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had already offered to put a deposit on the truck myself. Yet they confirmed our appointment repeatedly, allowed my friend to make an hour-long drive, and only told him the vehicle was gone after he walked through the door. Selling a vehicle to another customer is part of the business. Allowing someone to drive an hour to a twice-confirmed appointment without bothering to tell them the vehicle has been sold is not. I had seen the many other poor reviews of this dealership beforehand and intentionally chose to overlook them. I wanted to give Car Vibe the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to earn my business. I regret that decision. I won’t speculate about anyone else’s experience. Read the other reviews and let them speak for themselves. I can only speak to mine: poor communication, poor organization, and a complete lack of respect for a customer’s time. I was ready to purchase the truck. They made losing my business remarkably easy. Believe the reviews. I wish I had.

  This was such a wonderful team to work with! When I walked in, I found exactly the 2024 Ford Bronco I was looking for. I’m so excited about my new vehicle and really enjoying it already.

  This place uses false advertising to get people to just show up which should be illegal practices. I thought I was texting someone which turned out to be an AI bot but they told me I was approved for a vehicle and told me I could test drive 2 vehicles. I came to the location a 50 min drive there and 50 mins back. And they ran my credit there and asked for a cosigner. So in actuality I was never approved and the cars they had sent me they didn't even have in the lot. This should be illegal. And I wasted my gas coming there they should be reported for false advertising and illegal practices for a sales business.
