  Not using this shop anymore, it use to be a great shop years ago.. I brought a wheel in for repairs, it wasn't ready like it should have been. And then he charged me double what I usally pay for this type of repair. I paid it and left no arguing because I won't be back for sure

  horrible service, they tell you one price then change it and once services are provided they half ass it and don’t want to fix the mistakes they’ve made. It’s happened to me and family members wouldn’t recommend.

  I was looking for a place that specializes in doing alignments on my Tesla Model X since the Tesla center had a two week wait. CartronixPlus was one of the recommended places so I went there and they said it would be a 4 hour wait since I didn’t have an appointment. I scheduled a 9am appointment for the next day and decided to have them clear tint my windshield and two front windows as well. I showed up at 8:30am just to be first in line. I ended up waiting 6 hours to get the alignment and tint down even with an appointment. They didn’t start the tint job until 1:30pm. When I went to pay, I asked to get the alignment printout to compare the before and after. Edson said their printer wasn’t working. For the 6 hours that I sat in the lobby, Edson, never approached me to give me an update on the progress. I had to go ask him each time and go look for my car just to see if it they were working on it. Two weeks later, I decided to get my truck windshield tinted to reduce the heat. Edson offered me a discount last time since I would be a returning customer. I arrived today at 10:45am for my 11am appointment. Edson said it would take an hour. At 12:10pm, I went to check on my truck and it hasn’t moved at all. Edson met me outside and said they had issues with their cutter and they would start right away. I told him I had to be somewhere are 1pm and he said they would get it done by then. At 1pm, Edson is gone, likely to lunch. I went to the back and saw my truck in the garage without the tint on the car. The worker was just started to clean the glass. That’s it. I’ve had enough. I’ve been very patient, maybe too patient with Edson. Since they haven’t put the tint on the truck, I cancelled the work and got my vehicle. This company clearly doesn’t respect its customers time. They will make up excuses and aren’t upfront about things. What’s the point of an appointment if they don’t honor it. I wonder if they even actually did the alignment on my Tesla since they never gave me any documentation. I would have given them 1 star but they did a good job on the actual tint, but they did leave water stains on both A pillars of my Tesla that seeped into the fabric. While I was in the waiting room, the TV they had was off. I did notice that there was a TV in the garage showing the World Cup. I guess that explains why I waited 2 hours and didn’t get any work done. I would not recommend this place to anyone that values their time.

  I brought them a new Corksport exhaust and turbo intake to install. They installed it same day and only took a couple of hours. It came out so great. So happy with their service and care.
