  I would NOT recommend this dealership’s service department. I brought my brand new car i purchased at the end of June in for service and trusted them to take care of it. Instead, my vehicle was wrecked while it was in their possession. To make matters worse, when they supposedly “fixed” the damage, the paint work was absolutely unacceptable. The repair was poorly done, the paint finish was terrible, and the result looked nothing like what I would expect from a professional dealership. I trusted them with my vehicle, and I ended up having to deal with damage that wasn't there when I brought the car in, followed by a repair job that created another problem. This is not what anyone should have to deal with after bringing their brand new vehicle to a dealership to get service done. If you're thinking about bringing your car here, I strongly recommend taking detailed photos of your vehicle before handing over the keys and inspecting every inch of it when you get it back. I'm extremely disappointed with how my car was handled and with the quality of the so-called repair. A dealership should be held to a much higher standard than this. Even after speaking with the general manager, I felt as if my concerns were not valued or understood. It felt as if I was being strong armed to accept the horrible repairs, and have the same person do the same horrendous paint job all over again. I was then told it won’t look like a factory vehicle again, which is extremely upsetting because I brought them a brand new factory vehicle and that is what I expected to receive back. Now I am having to decide whether or not I’m okay with taking a now damaged and depreciated vehicle. I expected them to service my car — not damage it and then return it with a horrible paint repair.

  My experience there was wonderful. The environment there was breathtaking and the staff there are very nice and easy to work with. My assistance did very well in explaining everything in detail at the shop. I will recommend this place to anyone who need better service work on their Volvo.

  Jessica was not helpful and did not explain processes clearly. I was never told if you didn’t do all the recommended maintenance then you couldn’t get your maintenance light reset. This was a first at a Volvo dealership for me.
