- SFShannon FrenchMay 8, 20261.0I purchased a boat here a year ago. Since then it has broken down several times. I continue to bring it back and everytime the service center sucks worse. They are incompetent on so many levels. My boat fuel sending unit has never worked and instead of addressing it they claim the boat has too much fuel and it seems to be working. Instead of replacing the bilge pump that feeds the live well they claim Its user air and the valves need to remain open or air lock is normal lol. Imagine that, a manufacture allows a controlled valve to be closed during travel but the dealer doesnt even understand how it operates. I tell the dealer the cavity plate is vibrating the hardware loose. Instead of them actually looking at it they document that they tighten the hardware. I pick up the boat to find the hardware completly missing (see photo). This center will flat out lie to you and hope you just go away when you call them on it. The motor on my boat blew at 40 hours so mercury had this center replace the power head. Several intake bolts were left loose. The water inlet was leaking in the unit do to the clamps not being installed and the coil pack left loose enough for a misfire to continue. The trolling motor batteries I purchased here were supposed to be deep cycle and I found cheap drive batteries installed. They chiped the gel coat and split a hydroelectric hose from my jack plate and instead of fixing it they just tighten the heck out of it and wipe the excessive fluid up to tell me that it was loose. Mind you they installed this lol and have now cleaned the fluid 3 times instead of actually looking. Absolutely hot garbage on every level. At this point Its just entertaining to watch this atrocious service center lie.
