Today I walked into this AutoZone location because my vehicle’s system was shutting down, and honestly, I was in a complete panic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two wonderful ladies who welcomed me in, asked what I needed, and immediately jumped into action to help me.
I had absolutely no clue what tools I needed or even how to use them, but they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or helpless. They were patient, kind, and determined to help me figure it out.
Then came the manager—BABY, she was truly a gift from God! 🙌🏽❤️ She knew exactly what she was doing and got right to work without hesitation. She explained what was happening, told me what she was doing, and stayed out there with me in 95-degree heat until we got my old battery off and the new one on.
But honestly, the best part wasn’t even getting my car fixed. It was walking into a place feeling completely helpless and leaving feeling empowered. These three beautiful women reminded me that it doesn’t matter what the job is or how big the problem seems—we can rise above it, figure it out, and GET IT DONE! 💪🏽👑
Thank you ladies for your kindness, patience, knowledge, and willingness to help me when I needed it most. AutoZone has some AMAZING women working at this location, and they deserve to be recognized! ❤️

Huge shoutout to Store Manager Reina Rivera and Ron M. at AutoZone! When I came back in the evening, I even saw Ron peeked under someone's hood helping a customer with their vehicle. The genuine appreciation in that lady's voice said it all—it meant the world to her. People like Ron are true heroes in our community, and I hope he and everyone out there helping others get blessed for what they do. Please treat these folks with the respect they deserve!
My own experience was just as amazing. I came in completely lost about my battery issue, as this was my first time dealing with a battery replacement on my vehicle. Reina immediately stepped up to help, bringing the diagnostic scanner right out to my truck, testing it on the spot, and clearly explaining the results. She walked me through all my replacement options, breaking down pricing and warranties in a very straightforward, no-pressure way.
Even with the store being busy, Reina remained super friendly, polite, and funny. She made me feel completely confident in my purchase and proved this store is somewhere our neighborhood can truly rely on.
Pro tip for anyone coming here: If you want to replace your battery on-site, just ask! They are more than willing to loan you the tools to do the job right in the parking lot.
Reina and Ron are incredible at what they do. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for all my auto needs!
