Despite seeing many positive reviews for Ron M., my recent experience with him was incredibly disappointing. I came in looking for an alternator and showed him a picture provided by another AutoZone, which clearly displayed the part number, year, make, and model. Instead of helping, Ron immediately made sarcastic remarks and claimed he didn't know what I was talking about. When I reiterated that all the necessary information was in the photo, he sighed and rolled his eyes at me. After I verbally gave him the details, he pulled up the exact part I had just shown him and condescendingly stated, “See, this is all we have, I know what I’m doing.”
To make matters worse, he rudely insisted I was "stressed" about the price. When I assured him the cost wasn't an issue, he mockingly replied, “Oh okay, I was going to give you a discount but oh well.” It wasn't until I presented my AutoZoner discount card (my father is a store manager in another district) that his attitude suddenly flipped. Everyone has bad days, but this level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. I am hesitant to ever return to this specific location.

Today I walked into this AutoZone location because my vehicle’s system was shutting down, and honestly, I was in a complete panic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two wonderful ladies who welcomed me in, asked what I needed, and immediately jumped into action to help me.
I had absolutely no clue what tools I needed or even how to use them, but they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or helpless. They were patient, kind, and determined to help me figure it out.
Then came the manager—BABY, she was truly a gift from God! 🙌🏽❤️ She knew exactly what she was doing and got right to work without hesitation. She explained what was happening, told me what she was doing, and stayed out there with me in 95-degree heat until we got my old battery off and the new one on.
But honestly, the best part wasn’t even getting my car fixed. It was walking into a place feeling completely helpless and leaving feeling empowered. These three beautiful women reminded me that it doesn’t matter what the job is or how big the problem seems—we can rise above it, figure it out, and GET IT DONE! 💪🏽👑
Thank you ladies for your kindness, patience, knowledge, and willingness to help me when I needed it most. AutoZone has some AMAZING women working at this location, and they deserve to be recognized! ❤️
