  Terrible customer service and complete lack of willingness to help. I came to buy oil and the staff recommended 10W-30. When I got home, I checked the engine and realized it required 5W-30. I went right back to the store with the product fully sealed to exchange it. Since I didn't have the physical receipt, I politely asked them to look up my purchase in the system using my details (especially since I had bought other items in the same transaction). They flat out refused to help and told me my only option was to keep that oil and buy a new one. I had to drive over to the Westheimer location, where they treated me great: they found the transaction in the system in seconds and exchanged the oil with zero hassle. The staff at this first store are rude and clearly don't care about customer service. Management needs to retrain them or address their poor attitude. I won't be coming back to this location.

  I came to this location and needed to exchange a part through the commercial side and I was told it was closed on Sunday because they didn’t get enough business. However it was the only location that had all the parts I needed so I wasn’t able to fix my car until Monday because no other store had all the parts except for the one that chose to be closed on Sunday. All the other Autozone said they had no idea why this location was closed that they’re open seven days a week it could’ve just been somebody being lazy. I’m not sure but I didn’t appreciate it.

  Super mal cervicio, desde hoy en la mañana compre una pieza para mi auto, y supuestamente llegaba antes de las 3 a mi dirección, que ya se había hecho el envío y resulta que a las 8 de la noche llame y me dijeron que la pieza estaba pero que no havian hecho el envío a la dirección que devia de ir por ella, super mala atención, solo te dicen que la pieza llega el mismo dia para que compres.
