  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Santrell S. Went Above and Beyond! I stopped into the AutoZone today for windshield wipers for my 2015 Ford Taurus. Santrell S., the Store Manager, helped me right away. Not only did she get me the correct sizes (26” driver side, 20” passenger side), but she went way above and beyond by personally installing them for me in the parking lot. She was professional, friendly, and super helpful the whole time. It was such a nice surprise to have that kind of service these days. Made my visit quick and stress-free. If you’re in the area, this is the place to go — and make sure you ask for Santrell. She truly represents excellent customer satisfaction. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Santrell !!!

  I went in to buy one wiper blade. The cashier was a bit rude, telling me all the staff was busy and it was raining so no one could help me install the blade. A fellow customer was able to help me install as I was having trouble. I went to the AutoZone website to complain about the dissatisfaction. The very next morning I received a call from AutoZone store Manager, Sam, who apologized for the employee and made everything right again! She told me anytime I have further issues, to ask for her directly! I thanked her for the call and will continue to keep this store as my favorite AutoZone in Houston!!! Thank you Sam, you are a beautiful angel!!

  Today I got help from Jonathan and Craig. They are amazing and go above and beyond for their customer. Jonathan changed my headlight for me! So nice. 10/10 highly recommend

  Came in and was serviced by the lady with the haircut. Didn’t know how the rewards system worked so I wasn’t able to use my coupon. Didn’t even ask for my number to put in my points when checking out and wouldn’t let me put in my number to see if I could redeem my points or scam barcode at register. She was too worried about being off for 3 days this week. The other employee inside wasn’t helping a customer and talking to the lady assisting me. Another employee was outside helping another customer out. Wished I would’ve gotten him for help. Do not recommend and won’t be back.
