I usually go to the AutoZone on Antoine and 249, where I have always had a great experience. Today I had to stop at the Bingle & Little York location to get my battery tested. They quickly checked it and found it was a "bad" battery. Thankfully it was covered under warranty, but I was a bit surprised when the employee told me that they will only replace the battery for you if it's a brand new purchase, not if it's a warranty swap. I understand that it's up to each location's "discretion," but there were only 2 other customers there, and there were enough employees to help if they wanted to. Instead I had to call a friend and wait for him to come remove the old battery and then install the new one. What a crappy "policy," considering I did pay for the battery and it's not a free gift. lol. I will stick to my guys at Antoine & 249 from now on, where they actually go the extra mile to deliver great customer service.
