  All of the workers who were present 10/9/2026 between 2-3pm need to be fired. They all were sitting around doing nothing behind the counter when I walked in. There was one working with a couple but the rest literally were doing nothing and no one greeted me until I said something first. I was only sent to this store because I needed a battery and the location on Seaford told me they didn’t have the one I needed under warranty. I drove 10 min with my car warning me to stop because of the battery. When I was finally acknowledged, I told the woman with the glasses and unicorn tattoo what the previous Autozone attendant told me. I also was checked by AAA prior to all of this and was told my cell in the battery was dead. I needed to be jumped twice to get to this location. After she came out to check my battery she told me she couldn’t replace the battery because it is “good.” I told her again what I was told and she just argued. Was not even open to speaking with the guy from Autozone. I went inside and asked someone else to help and they all had each other’s backs. No one wanted to help or take responsibility. They finally called the other store and I went to sit in my car because by this point I was beyond frustrated. One of them came out to tell me that they got the numbers wrong and that they could replace it “this one time.” Again, no one was ahead of me. I wanted 10 min before going back inside because I also at this point spoke with the other Autozone location myself and was told the battery should be replaced. When I went inside there were other customers being serviced and one attendant doing nothing. I asked this attendant about receiving the replacement and was pretty much told that because the unicorn attendant told them I came in angry that I had to wait because she was the only one who could change the battery. I left this location and went back to the previous one and received a FREE upgrade because of all of this hassle and poor treatment. I will never get another battery from Autozone. They never last as long as they’re supposed to and this experience was my last straw.

  Come to change battery, Randolph-he the best guy! He try to help me check the battery life and he explain which one is the best for my car! I forgot my car model, he was patient and check for me also! Supper friendly and knowledgeable!
