  Very disappointed with this AutoZone experience. My car battery was dead, and they charged me $40 just to remove and test the battery. After removing it, they immediately said the battery needed to be replaced, leaving me with no real choice but to buy a new one from them. Even after purchasing the battery, they still charged the extra $40. The whole experience felt misleading, overpriced, and completely disappointing. Customers should be extremely careful before trusting this store.

  This is great price. I bought my battery every three years and also I check my battery health once a year and the technician most of them are very helpful. If not I can hire somebody on the street to solve little mechanical problems.

  Usually places like AutoZone are limited in how much they can help because of store policies, so I wasn’t expecting much when I stopped by yesterday. I had just gotten off work and was struggling for over 15 minutes trying to remove a stuck bolt from my car battery. I don’t usually work on cars myself, so I was exhausted, sweaty, and honestly frustrated. Joseph took the time to come outside and personally try helping me loosen it by hand, even though it wasn’t an easy fix. When that still didn’t work, he brought over his team lead, Felix, who came out with the right tool and got the bolt off almost immediately. I really appreciate both Joseph and Felix for going out of their way to help me when they easily could’ve just said no because of policy. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made my day. Employees like them deserve real recognition for the way they treat customers. Big thanks again to both of you — you really helped me out yesterday, and I won’t forget it.

  I needed battery replacement and new headlights. Alexander was great in helping me find the battery that was best for my vehicle along with the headlights. Alexander also helped with the battery and headlight replacement. He is an asset to auto zone. Thank you Alexander for being fast and efficient.

  Very horrible here very not knowledgeable had issues with a battery took it in the get it replaced with a warranty I had told me I would have to charge it first to attempt to see if it works 45-1 hr waited 1 hour in the rain only stoped here cuz my car sensor went off for it after them checking it saying it was 15% good they attempted to charge it before the warranty they said so a hr later battery still low there excuse that they didn't hook it on Right wanted me to wait longer and wasn't going to be ready till the morning and refused to go do my warranty for there mistake I had a hard time started my car battery and when I did it ended failed not to far from up the Street was Abel to get a jump horrible place to stop if your not a local
