  I was there yesterday for a very simple issue: my brake lights were not turning off. I checked online and went there to get the part I needed. I first spoke with a lady, and she went to talk to a guy—I believe he had long hair. He came outside and said he needed to personally check the car. However, once he got outside, he didn’t actually check the car at all. His attitude suddenly changed, and he told me that he was not a mechanic and didn’t know anything. Earlier that day, I had already replaced the brake light myself, but the brake lights were still not turning off. I went there because I thought there was a different issue. A mechanic working outside asked me to change a small part under the brake pedal for $50. I was extremely frustrated. I later went to O’Reilly Auto Parts, where they charged me only $12 for the part and helped me with it. The whole area was a mess, and the entire experience gave me a very bad vibe. I don’t know exactly why, but I felt very uncomfortable with the way I was treated. If you don’t know what you’re doing and you’re not a mechanic, why, in the first place, did you want to personally see the car? And then, when you got outside, why did you suddenly change your attitude? After this experience, I would give this place zero stars if I could. Very disappointing customer service and a very bad experience.

  This AutoZone worker by the name of Michael was very helpful and knew how to take care of my problem. He amazed me by the customer service he provided me very kind and well mannered.

  After calling several AutoZone locations, I finally found someone who was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Felix went above and beyond to assist me and took the time to explain the differences between ignition coils and spark plugs, making sure I understood what I needed. His professionalism, patience, and expertise really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their products but also takes the time to educate and help customers. Thank you, Felix, for your excellent customer service! You are a great representative of AutoZone and deserve recognition for the outstanding service you provide. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
