Bunch of incompetent lying lazy “above my pay grade” clowns working here, including the “DM” that was called. Have a commercial account for 30years and I’ve never heard so much crap pulled out of one’s rear end. Came for a battery warranty swap on commercial, told me no one here today knows how to run commercial and forced me to buy the battery that was needed that day. Three weeks later, I call and ask if commercial is open, yes, show up and I’m told everyone should have known how to do commercial exchange. 1)apparently a lie or was lied to day one. I showed up with the core that I kept when purchasing the battery under duress. I request to be refunded my forced purchase, and honor the commercial warranty swap, and leave the core as I would with the regular warranty swap I should have gotten in the first place. Employee is baffled telling me he needs the good battery that’s in the car (the one I’m going to take away anyways with the warranty claim), calls DM , comes back and tells me come back tomorrow when the DM here, “it’s above my pay grade”. Won’t even confirm if the DM is going to feed me the same non-sense and waste my time again. Absolute clown process. Avoid this store. Matter of fact. Avoid autozone for batteries. Walmart has better prices, quality, and service than this circus.
