  Went to return coil compressor set. One of employees ask another employee for a code to process return. The other employee made us wait 10min just for code. Then he was mad I went up to him to ask for code to process the return. He started calling me names and untucked his shirt to intimidate me. First employee was cool but the one that has the return codes is unprofessional and wants to argue with customers. I felt threatened and will not want to do business at that location anymore. I don’t know his name but he was a Hispanic male in his 30’s with a fade, maybe a manager idk. Store located at Campbell and Kempwood.

  My experience in this Autozone was excellent, I was attended by David Collazo, he was very attentive, respectful, he dedicated his time to locating the spare part he needed, the store is very tidy and clean, 100% recommended.
