  called the store to cancel an order and the phone picked up and was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes, i hung up called again and was answered before the 2nd ring by some chick who was talking all crazy about ide have to drive up to the store to cancel an order. i live across town and work near the area where the store is for context. after i tried to explain that, her short remarks with zero explanation with possible solutions just gave the vibe that she didn’t want to work, writing this review to hopefully help that happen.

  Ava was a great help , she has great energy and is very helpful. Of all autozones I recommend everyone to come here if they're ignorant as to car parts or needs , she is a very dedicated and motivated employee.wirh out her I probably would have gone to O'Reilly's. Thank you Ava , you went beyond the expectations and I don't know how to thank you enough.

  I visited this AutoZone because my engine light was on. There was no wait time and the customer rep was very helpful as well as informative. I would definitely revisit this location.

  Ava & Alex, extremely helpful and great customer service. They verified part was in stock and made sure other store had it on hand. Also really onboard with customer to make sure they are satisfied with their experience. Highly recommend this store, especially Ava & Alex!!!!!
