Thank you Raul. Awesome experience… I came because my check engine light was on. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and had a great personality! Much appreciated. I will return for parts in the future . Keep up the great work 👍

Jose and Patrick helped me with my battery. Great spirits and very helpful. Went to a different autozone before and told me they could not help me. When I showed up at this auto zone Jose and Patrick were ready to help. Great service.

Pretty baffling levels of incompetence here, honestly. I buy wipers after being told BY THE MANAGER who rudely interrupted the only competent employee (very polite girl) who was finding my wipers, "yeah these are it, for sure you ain't gotta look it up". I foolishly believe him, get home. Wrong wipers completely. Drive back, same manager "oh you gotta get the otha ones, the $25 dolla ones" ok cool thanks for telling me now. Do the return. Go today to get WHEEL STUDS. The kid they had behind the counter had absolutely no idea what a wheel stud was abd said "wheel studs???" Yes, wheel studs, pretty advanced stuff here. After I couldn't tell him the exact chassis (which is irrelevant to finding my wheel stud and I only have the differential housing, not the entire vehicle) told me "I cannot look these up by size, it will take me 2 hours to go back there and do that, I need very specific vehicle information" then proceeds to, not listen to the year make and model i give him and had the audacity to tell me "yeah sir I think you actually need drive shaft bolts not wheel studs" Does a wheel stud look anything like a drive shaft bolt to anybody??? Im asking you if you have a certain size in stock NOT what part im looking for. So while he was trying to explain an alternate reality to me I walked away saying thanks have a good one. Mind you, they had already spent 1 week and THREE in person visits to our business in an attempt to deliver the correct wheel stud, WITH A USED STUD OFF THE VEHICLE BEING GIVEN TO THEM. So I went to Oriellys 3 minutes down the road, found my part by size, out the door in about 4 minutes. This Auto Zone location is insane, do not go here unless you know exactly what you need because the staff (aside from the one polite girl i mentioned) will be of no help.

I’ve been here twice and they are always so helpful! As someone who knows nothing about cars they have helped me multiple times with my car battery. Raul was extremely helpful and very nice which I always appreciate! Even in this heat they are always willing to help! Thanks Raul for installing it fast! :)
