  Rejected to accept return of the wrench. The manager didn’t manage to show any wearing signs, he just said it is dirty 😁 I explained that I found a cheaper wrench, and even kept a tag on it, but he didn’t care. I would not recommend the store, items are overpriced, think twice before buy.

  I love this autozone. Alex the manager personally took care of my battery replacement. He made sure everything was straight with the quick install. Gave me some good advice on why I should stick with an AGM. Suggested I go with duralast this time for the longer warranty. Great advice from a great young man. Best autozone in Houston imo.

  If you want to get disrespected, degraded and humiliated, this is exactly the place for you! Absolutely pathetic customer service at AutoZone. Rudy/Ruty whatever his name is will take this location down with him. I have never experienced customer service this disrespectful and unprofessional. My brother went to this location to return a part we had ordered online. He initially tried to look up our account using our phone number, but Rudy was unable to locate it. My brother then provided the order number directly from the AutoZone website and asked him to look it up that way. Rudy’s response? “You’re doing too much right now.” WHAT THE ACTUAL DUCK? What kind of customer service representative speaks to a customer like that? I wasn’t aware my brother was on speakerphone, so I asked him if Rudy had actually just said that. Rudy then snapped back at me, “YES, I JUST DID.” Absolutely disgusting. On top of his attitude, Rudy initially refused to process 2 out of the 3 returns, claiming they could not be returned because they weren’t purchased specifically from “this location.” I have never encountered this policy when returning an online AutoZone order, and instead of calmly explaining the policy or helping us find a solution, the entire interaction became an unnecessary argument. After going back and forth, he finally agreed to process the refund. However, he did not refund the taxes and simply told us that was how it worked and that we needed to contact the online department. This entire experience was ridiculous from beginning to end. Customer service representatives are supposed to help customers, not belittle them, argue with them, or make them feel like they are a problem for asking a reasonable question. Rudy either needs serious customer-service training or needs to reconsider whether this is the right position for him. One employee representing a business this poorly can absolutely damage the reputation of an entire location. Based on the reviews, it seems like we are far from the only customers who have had a terrible experience here. AutoZone needs to address this. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

  I meant to do this review right after my experience, so I hope I have the employees name correct 😬 but I believe his name is Rudy. I visited the store a couple of weeks ago and he was so helpful and is a great asset to the store/company. He has a great energy/personality and great with customers. Wanted to highlight/spotlight him for helping me with questions and having to buy a new battery. Thanks, Rudy!
