  Honestly most of the time I go in it’s pretty good but today I went in and there was a ton of things going on. When I entered the first thing I noticed is the store manager with a customer at the register. He was cold and seemed to be trying to rush everyone out. I came in just to test my emissions and he just always had a sassy tone for every response. I let other in front of me because they were buying things also help in translation for a customer to help the sell. He was being very difficult with the customer I was helping translate and when we ask for alternative options he wouldn’t give any. He only got help when one of his employees decided to help him out and solve his problem. I was surprised to see a store manager being the difficult one and the employees stepping up. After all that I went to buy something coolant. When it came to check out the store manager was the one checking me out. The total was 23 and some change I then use my card to pay it only pays for 22 dollars of it and I still owe a balance. Rather than tell me the change I still owe him he canceled the payment and now I couldn’t buy the coolant because of the pending change. He made my whole experience at autozone really bad and made my day more difficult. I wouldn’t recommend going when the store manager is there seems to cause more problems than he fixes.

  Zero stars. The most horrible experience. Been going there for a long time and today dated 07-25-2026 there was a guy at the register name Isaiah with the worst customer service this guy Isaiah needs to learn how to deal with customers. Told him to charge 40 bucks in cash and 19 cents on card he told me he can’t do so so I told him okay do the transaction I’ll go out to my car and get the cents he looks at me clueless and says I need the cents first I felt he was very very racist and I just ended up leaving and told him I’d rather get the stuff from elsewhere then and he has zero remorse he was just like yeah good. Autozone needs to fire this guy Isaiah otherwise they’ll be loosing customers just like I’m never going back we have a ton of other places which appreciate business unlike this autozone at Bellaire. Very disappointed

  Came in to buy 2 products, I Waited at the cash register for 10 minutes while at least 3 workers were constantly going back-and-forth they saw me, were looking at me, I waited and they never acknowledged or said I’ll be with you in a minute, so I just put the products On the counter and took off. Very terrible customer service. Don’t recommend purchasing from this location.
