  I was in a bind coming in from Bastrop and had a tensioner go out and these people made sure I got everything I needed to get back on the road… just super friendly people which is hard to find nowadays

  This review is based on my interactions with Jimmy. Does not honor basic warranty on Duralast, or anything. My Duralast alternator failed and Jimmy said this ain't our alternator. Same jimmy also didnt want to look up my account info to verify that this alternator was bought from this same location. Same Jimmy was scolded by district manager the 1st time i was in store buying the alternator also. Autozone, do better!

  zero star if possible Awful service at autozone store 01475(14275 bellaird bvd, houston,tx,77083). On 4/18/2026 I went to store 01475 to order wheel bearing dust cap. The store doesn't have it in stock, but autozone store 01584 has it. i asked to order part from store 01584 to be transferred to the store 01475 for pick up. The cashier ,with no name badge on his gray shirt, said he ordered it for me. I asked for email receipt but he pressed the paper receipt for me on the screen before I select email receipt option on the POS machine, so I didn’t get the email receipt. On 4/19/2026 I called the store 01475 to check if my ordered part arrived, one casher called frost(spelling maybe wrong)answered my phone and told me the order was to be picked up at autozone store 01584. I told cashier that’s not right, I want to pick it up at your store, not at store 01584. The cashier told me the order was made wrong. I told him to correct it for me. He said I need to come to store, bring receipt to correct it. So I driven to the store 01475, talked to the Frost. When I met Frost (has no name badge on the shirt) at store, he looked at my order and told me he couldn’t correct it, I need to go to store 01584 to pick up. I told him I don’t want to go to store 01475 to pick up, that’s why I order from your store. I asked frost to cancel the order and reorder for me. Frost said he can’t cancel it because I didn’t bring the part. I told frost to contact store 01584 to cancel it. He said he can’t . so I called store 01584 to ask for cancellation. After a few calls to store 01584 someone told me I need to cancel it from the store I ordered from, they can’t cancel it. So I told frost to scan my receipt to cancel it. At my request, Frost finally scans my receipt and cancels the order for me. I asked Frost to place new order for me, Frost didn’t order for me but call store 01584 to ask the part to be transferred to his store, get my phone number, told me he will call me when part arrived. His store manager came into work at this time. I filed complaint with store manager right away: his associates need be trained on how to handle this type of order, the store manager said my complaint was offensive. What kind of manager it is ! Wasted my time on such simple order at this nasty autozone store

  Great place friendly people but be careful with oil, there was a leak and didn't pay attention as I picked up the quart and suddenly things start to be slippery. Shirt was dirty, hands as well requested things to be cleaned and promised to but didn't happen apparently. But hey it's parts it's mechanical shops why not...price was worth it 👌
