  Extremely Unsatisfying Customer Service Experience at Store 1489 My experience at Store 1489 was extremely disappointing and left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. From the beginning, Jesus Alvarez was very rude, dismissive, and unhelpful toward me. I also observed that he appeared to be much more attentive and willing to assist Hispanic customers, while my concerns were not given the same level of attention or respect. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as though I was being treated differently based on how I was perceived. The only person who provided any genuine assistance was Ms. Jackson. She was professional, helpful, and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. Ms. Jackson advised me to return to the store to speak with Mr. Willie in hopes that he could help resolve the situation. I drove back to the store for a second time, only to have another extremely negative experience. Mr. Willie was also rude and dismissive, and instead of receiving assistance or having my concerns addressed, I was essentially brushed off again Mr.Willie and Jesus Alvarez then became even more aggressive and dismissive toward me. What is most frustrating is that no one made a genuine attempt to help resolve the issue. I made the effort to return to the store based on the recommendation of an employee, only to be treated poorly yet again. Now I am being told to return to the store a third time tomorrow, with no assurance that anyone will actually resolve the problem. I have spent my time, energy, and resources trying to get assistance, and throughout this entire process I have received extremely poor customer service. A customer should not have to repeatedly return to a location just to be heard or treated with basic courtesy and respect. I want management to understand that this was not simply an inconvenience—it was a very unsatisfying and frustrating customer experience. Ms. Jackson was the only employee who demonstrated professionalism and genuine willingness to help, and I sincerely appreciate her efforts. I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously and that someone in management review what occurred at Store 1489 and address the way I was treated. I should not have to return yet again just to potentially be dismissed for a third time. The guy in the Picture is Jesus Alvarez.He provided the most poor customer service I have ever experienced.

  The people were so incredibly nice, the two ladies up at the front guided me on how to change my lights and recognize which bulbs to use. Extremely grateful
