  I visited this location expecting basic courtesy and knowledgeable customer service. Instead, I was met with a level of condescension that was both disappointing and unprofessional. As a woman, I felt that my questions were not taken seriously, and employees appeared more interested in laughing among themselves than providing assistance. True expertise does not require talking down to customers. People who are genuinely knowledgeable tend to be helpful, respectful, and confident enough to answer questions without making someone else feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the staff at this location seemed to confuse arrogance with competence. I left without the help I needed and with the impression that customer service is not a priority here. I would encourage management to remind employees that professionalism is measured by how you treat people, not by how clever you appear in front of your coworkers.

  I recently came to this location to purchase a battery and control arms for some vehicles of mine and had the most unprofessional experience. I am a smaller woman, who has back injuries from car wrecks, therefore I am unable to lift or carry heavy things. I brought in my battery to get a credit towards a new one (as I was told I could on the phone), and for me it is on the heavier side so it hurts my back to carry. Nevertheless, I brought it in myself, and when I put it on the counter the cashier thought it was funny ? Not sure why, it’s funny that I brought it in and was struggling to carry it with no help offered. Additionally, the during entire encounter I had with the cashier working there he was looking at me crazy and laughing with his coworker. He also had a very condescending attitude when asking me what i needed as well as additional information such as the make and model of my cars. Moral of the story if u are a woman be careful shopping here.

  Jamicah and Amrit, the dynamic duo! They were both amazing help, they were both patient, and helped us picked up the perfect parts. Really happy that Autozone had the part, when no one else in Houston had it! Jamicah and Amrit were kind, super funny, and in great spirits. You can tell they really enjoy the craft of their work.   Muy mala experiencia es esta tienda cada vez que vengo a esta tienda es un problema diferente la atención en comercial es pésima y yo compro repuestos todos los días en autozone pero cuando me toca en esta tienda que según es bodega es fatal busquen cambiar el personal o darles entrenamiento de atención al público

  Do not go to that AutoZone on Commercial; the service is terrible—especially with the salesperson Martínez, who is incredibly condescending, acting as if you were asking him for a loan. My company makes a lot of purchases, but I will not be buying from this branch ever again.
