Arnesta (I pray I'm spelling her name correctly) was absolutely pleasant, knowledgeable and provided supreme professionalism. The vehicle was clean and ran well. I wasn't expecting to have anyone assist with check-out because I dropped the rental off at 2am. However, Kina was an absolute pleasure as well. She provided me great advice on becoming a reward member and what I can expect with future rentals with Alamo. This was my first time renting with Alamo and I'll definitely be back. Blessings.
