We had an awful check in experience with an hour wait and I had a fast pass. The staff was so bad there. I told the return agent when we brought the car back and she said she would immediately tell manager. They contacted me first thing the next morning and made things right for us so I am very pleased to say that they took the time to listen. I thank them for that. The staff needs to be trained better with all the people that rent cars but again... thank you for making it right for me

I reserved a car at Alamo Hobby airport in Houston for Saturday, October 11th pick up. When I arrived there were no cars available. The agent behind the desk left to find a car and did not return. I went out to find her and found her standing next to a car that was being cleaned. I found someone else in the parking lot who told me to take a vehicle at the back of the lot which I did. I returned the car on the following day. However, I did not receive a receipt by email. I called Alamo customer service and the agent who answered I could not understand. She left me on hold for about 10 minutes. She came back, said something I could not understand and then the call dropped. I called back and got an english speaking agent who sent me the receipt within a few seconds. I rent cars frequently, but have not rented from Alamo in some time. Not a good experience.

Had a perfect experience with Alamo out of Houston. My car was waiting for me when we arrived on the shuttle. Staff was courteous and kind. On the return, same situation, no issues at all. Hurts on the other hand, who I used last time was absolutely atrocious in every way. I will stick with Alamo.

Pleasant staff! Everyone I interacted with was helpful and polite. From the person who reviewed my reservation to the person who handed me the keys, the young lady at the exit gate, the young woman who greeted me at the car return isle... and most importantly the shuttle driver who helpful with my luggage even though he didn't have to do that. So grateful for everything.
