  The whole process from the shuttle picking me up from the airport to me dropping the car off and bringing me back to the airport was the best. No hiccups at all. I even had the same shuttle driver and she was very happy and nice to everyone!

  Off airport but a short ride via their shuttle. Was not too busy for neither pick up or drop off. Good value. Car wasn’t the best, but I picked it. Registered for a Nissan but got a Toyota Corolla which is comparable but was annoyingly hard to work with Apple CarPlay. But I think thats Toyota’s fault not Alamo’s.

  When we first picked up our car, it was pretty late in the evening and The car didn’t smell quite right. While we were exiting, Jonathan would not let us leave with the car that didn’t smell good and new and clean so he went and got us a replacement car and came back and we switched out cars. He moved our luggage out of the old car into the new car and he was so pleasant and sweet about it. This is such a great experience we had. Then we had a low tire and when I came back to return it, I let the lady know her name was Shay and she was so wonderful. Gave us a small credit to make up for the last time that we had and also reported it back so that the corporate office called us to find out exactly what happened. Alamo treated us so amazing and we are so grateful for their wonderful service.

  I have book the car with premium SUV like Ford expedition Max or Jeep Grand Wagoner L. And the gave me shorter version Jeep wagoner we were large group and we have the laughe problem and I called and make sure to but they said you will have car with the long trunk space but the gave me shorter version Jeep.

  Nothing against the personnel but Alamo never disclosed a deposit fee until we arrived to pick up vehicle, which is not an issue. The worst part is that they dont take debit cards since it is a one way only. Worst experience n causing a big delay here due to their hidden disclosures.
