I came in expecting basic customer service and a little assistance, but apparently that was asking for entirely too much. The lack of helpfulness, communication, and overall concern for the customer was frustrating. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m inconveniencing employees simply because I walked into an auto parts store needing help with—brace yourself—AUTO PARTS. 🙄 I completely understand that people have bad days and stores get busy, but there’s a difference between being busy and making a customer feel like their business doesn’t matter. I left frustrated, disappointed, and wishing I had simply taken my money somewhere else. Customer service still matters, and based on this experience, there is definitely room for improvement here. One star because Google won’t let me leave a strongly worded eyebrow raise. ⭐

I managed to limp my 99 Tahoe to them and ended up speaking to four different people at the counter as I went in and out making a emergency Repair in their parking lot. They were very patient and went out of their way to make sure they could do everything in their power to help me. This kind of quality help behind the counter is very hard to find these days and I highly recommend this location.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
