    Poor customer service. I went in the store to return two NEW items with my receipt, an ignition coil and 1/4 cheap tool set and was told they could not be returned. They were bought at a different location on 04/19/26 and Eduardo, the guy assisting me tells me it's past the 30 days and a return cannot be processed. In a condescending way, he starts to question me why I've taken so long to return. If I want to return the items, I will have to go back to the store where I purchased them. Their website states a 45 day return policy. The manager on duty, Carlos double checks the items again and sees that they are NEW but continues to inform me that he cannot do a return. That if I want to come back tomorrow, another manager can assist me. It was disappointing to see that neither one could assist with a simple return. Again, both items were NEW in the box and unopened. This location has poor customer service and an incompetent staff. From a 1 to 10, I give them a 0.
