I had grabbed a bucket of hydraulic oil from the clearance display by the entrance which had a clearance tag of $ 84.99. When I went to the checkout counter, cashier named jimmy said it’s $120. I wanted to take picture of the clearance tag but he didn’t let me take a picture. Instead, he doubled down and said that it’s actually $130. He then called Antonio over and I had hoped that Antonio would assist me. Instead, the two of them started talking in Spanish to each other and began cussing me out (I am able to speak and understand Spanish but they weren’t aware of that). I wish that they had an option to give -10 stars. The constant lying, not allowing me to take a picture of the $84.99 tag, and cussing me out in Spanish was extremely unprofessional and unethical. Adding on, they didn’t have any name tags on so I had to ask for their names. Clearly, the employees lack unprofessionalism. I went across the street to oriely and made a purchase there happily because I like to spend my money at places where I get treated with respect. I have called advance customers care to hear from them and to take action on this matter.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
