  Came for a battery change on a rainy day and I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to do it but Tiffany was exceptional and changed the battery under the roof of the building, she was awesome and was super nice! Badass lady!

  I visited Advance Auto Parts for the first time ever and was thoroughly impressed with the great service and customer satisfaction I received when working with the store manager Tiffany. Tiffany was able to trouble shoot and resolve the issue I had with the battery on my 2019 Honda Accord. I will definitely be back to do business at this location. I highly recommend visiting and doing business with Ms. Tiffany and her assistant Jocelyn.

  The older manager there, I think Tiffany, was unprofessional and rude. Employee made a small mistake and instead of waiting until alone or when we weren't around she reprimanded the employee loudly, and rudely. The employee was only tryinn to help with something. apparently the way they did it was incorrect. There had been no purchase made yet, the employee asked for Tiffany's numbers and when she came over she loudly told the employee what she was doing was incorrect, when she apologized Tiffany continues to reprimand and moved me to an entirely different register, I didn't think it was necessary, she could have voided out the transaction. Then she doesn't even speak to me until the transaction is almost over and then goes"you want the warranty?" This just makes me not want to come back.

  I’ve seen a lot of different businesses and practices. I’ve seen good salesman just as well as poor salesman. this specific advanced auto store has got to be one of the most ridiculous stores I’ve ever been to. There’s a lot to cover here so I’m gonna segment this review. Firstly I’ve been in the mindset of organization and teamwork before, and I just wanna say that in no place of work, is it acceptable to haze or belittle your employees in the eyes of the public. Rule of professional decorum dictates that You correct in silence, and you guide in public observation. What I saw today as of 09/17/26 at this store was nothing less than horrendous. The manager named Tiffany proceeded to tell an employee that she was doing everything wrong, and took over the sale in progress in front of no less than five customers. Making the employee look completely useless. (my apologies to the employee again for how she made you feel) I came in for a simple transaction, and in front of less than five customers, she was made to think that she couldn’t carry out a simple ring up. She was told she was wrong. And she was told to step back in front of customers That is not a way that a manager should be operating, and it’s not a way that anyone should be speaking to a coworker in the workplace. This should be done in the back and in private not to mention in a respectful manner. I believe the manager deserves to apologize to the employee who is spoken down to, and should be reprimanded. Secondly, I’m a customer so when I come in, I don’t like to be spoken to like I know absolutely nothing. Mrs Tiffany spoke to me in a very condescending and rude manner quite frankly in a way that I don’t have to put up with. I come from ideology where you treat people how you want to be treated and that was abhorrent. I would understand such an immature careless attitude if this was a minimum wage 18-year-old just out of highschool, but this is a management job role. She behaves like someone who truly doesn’t wanna be there and she does so publicly. The company should be very aware of how she’s behaving and they should be very reactive her Very public behavior. If I was a business owner and my manager or employees spoke to each other in that manner, they would be out that day. This isn’t the first review I’ve seen of this manager, so I’m appalled to see nothing has gotten done over it. Perhaps people need to stop going to this business because of very evidently nothing is being done for it.
