Originally came in for what thought was noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Technicians also looked at the rest of the vehicle and noted more urgent problems with the fron suspension that I was not aware of. Service Advisor El and a tech visiting from an ouside store personally showed me the issue and provided options as to proceed. Given the severity, brakesplus provided me a Lyft ride back to my residence as the work would not be completed by the end of the day. Upon return, the work was completed at a price that was less that originally quoted...Definitely appreciated. Will be returning to this location for all future work. Good to find an honest shop in the area

Service here is great and El made sure those boys took care of us through the entire process. They even helped with a lift to our house after we found out our car would be held over night. They did our brakes and even helped with check engine light code EVAC. Would recommend!

I’ve unfortunately been putting off taking my Honda to get work done. My brakes were going soft and today I just really felt that it was time for me to see just how bad it was. (I’m just a girl guys lol) It was pretty bad actually. I really needed to get my brakes pads replaced, my rotors resurfaced, and I was dangerously low on brake fluid. El walked me through everything and explained what I was seeing with my brake pads. You always hope things aren’t that bad, but sometimes it doesn’t always turn out that way. I’m incredibly grateful and lucky that she was there. Because of that I was able to get the brake service I desperately needed completed the same day. Everyone I encountered was fabulous and so sweet to me. I have more work to be done, so I will 100% be coming back here for all of my needs. No questions asked. If you’re needing work done on your vehicle at a reasonable price with a healthy side of awesome service from El and the rest of the crew, you should definitely come here.

I always come to the Brakes Plus in Highland Village and the staff is always so friendly. They take such good care of me and my car. So a huge thank you to El, Cris, Katie, Roman, Jason, and Fred. And my guy John since he’s no longer at this location. You guys are the best, and I appreciate you!

El, Freddy and Chris we’re all exceptional! They helped us in a bind, took care of every need and even provided transportation. I was 100% pleased. I would highly recommend this shop! They should be commended for their efforts! Thank you!
