  0 stars if I could. I’ve heard not-the-best experiences by friends/family, but I am all for second chances, so I stopped by today. There was nobody there at the pay-station to aid in payment or entering your code, like there usually is until they saw all of us waiting for them. Once we got to the actual wash, the gentlemen there that was supposed to be helping guide us in, was literally talking on the phone with somebody during it, so he wasn’t even really paying attention. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I paid for the “best” wash package with all the bells and whistles that advertised a thorough exterior wash and tire cleaning, yet when I exited the wash, the front of my vehicle was still visibly dirty and the tires had clearly not been cleaned at all. There was also soap dripping down the back of my car. The quality of the wash was so poor that we ended up having to wash parts of the vehicle ourselves at the vacuum station afterwards. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to finish the job themselves after spending money on a “premium” wash package. I paid for a service that was not provided as advertised, and I feel misled by the claims associated with this wash package. If the equipment cannot properly clean a vehicle or provide the services promised, customers should not be charged for them. I could’ve sprayed my car down with the hose and gotten a better cleaning than this, and no waste of money spent. I am requesting a full refund for this wash. I have photos documenting the condition of my vehicle immediately after the wash in the parking lot. Here is just a picture of my “clean sparkly” tires that I was supposed to get. Thank you.
