⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Fast and professional! I usually go to the dealership, but came here because of the good reviews. Josh was honest and funny. Luke was very nice and professional and made me feel comfortable. Fast but thorough service. Will come again.
My visit to this location was fantastic. Luke, the store manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the recommended services. I was thoroughly satisfied with the services and the overall experience was quick and efficient.

This is a new Valvoline facility on Bandera Road next to The Wash Tub car wash. I was on my way home, and decided to stop in and get an oil change for my F350 6.7L Powerstroke. The team members they have assembled for this location are friendly, cohesive, energetic, knowledgeable and efficient. It’s not just an oil change, it’s my truck, and they handled her with care and respect. I’ll be going back with our Lincoln Nautilus.

Took my son's car in for an oil change. The technician broke the oil stick off by being too forceful with it. They told me at the end of the service that we'd have to take the car to the shop and have a technician extract the oil stick out and then get it replaced. I asked to see the cameras of what occurred and they would not show me. The young man went off instead to speak to the guy that broke it. That individual knelt down by my car and said yes, when he was pushing it hard down in there the plastic top broke off. Never did they offer to replace it or do ANYTHING to make this right. I said now we just drive off with a broken oil stick? Yes. My son was left on the hook for a broken part. Also, it took forever to get the oil change. There was only one other vehicle to the right of us, a car of two women in it and no reason to wait along as we did. We were left in the car a long time- wish I had timed it . My husband takes all our automobiles to Valvoline- but Never again will we use this Valvoline.

The men seemed friendly enough but unfortunately not good at what they should know. I noticed they were struggling to put the air filter back in, nobody should force anything in a newer car they normally snap in as they should. I hollered out the window. Hey what are you doing? Don’t force something. The guy told me don’t worry about it. I got it, so I took him at his word. Next morning when I started up the car, Check engine light came on and it was running horribly rough. I only went and got the oil changed and back home yesterday. Nothing else. Open the hood the whole casing where the air filter is housed was not even connected to the car, opened it up and the air filter had been squished in there and not connected. I’m glad I know a little bit about cars or I could’ve had engine failure. The engine would’ve just quit. Took it apart had to buy a new air filter, They crushed the other one. Installed it in easily. It popped right in. I reconnected everything and now it runs like a dream. I will never ever use any of these Valvoline places again.
