  Shout out to supervisor Maggie (I think) and Presley. I was there a few days ago trying to use the floor mat washer but it was offline so they offered to pressure wash them for me without me even asking. Presleys' sincere manner, attentiveness and warm smile were greatly appreciated. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU 2!

  Always paid for washes. But today when I needed to use one towel they Wanted me to pay 5 dollars to use one towel and my own leather cleaner. When i said I'm using all my own things they kicked me out. They also didn’t care that i was in crutches and rushed me out. I have a torn acl.

  Bryan provided excellent customer service! He was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole car wash experience quick and easy. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and was genuinely pleasant to work with. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and treating customers right. Quick Quack is lucky to have someone like Bryan on their team! Definitely appreciate the great service and will be coming back.

  Horrible place and horrible service today from Bryan. I let him know he would be losing a customer and he said “that’s fine we have enough customers”. I will not return and will tell my friends and family not to use this location. There are definitely several other options. Edit: In response to the owners comment below, I spoke with Aurora at your corporate office. I listened to your employee’s sales pitch on the membership options as I have to hear it every time I get my car wash with you. As you said, a membership option is not right for everyone. Your business offers a non-membership lane and a one time car wash purchase at a higher rate. If I chose that one time option at the higher rate after listening to your membership sales pitch then I wish your employee would respect that instead of continuing to harass me a second and third time to purchase the membership. I felt like he kept me hostage at the gate until I would accept the membership purchase that I did not want. I finally just had to ask him to open the gate so that I could leave and continue with my day. This was completely unacceptable behavior and an unacceptable business practice. If this is what you encourage your employees to do, then you sir are in the wrong.

  Cancel my Quick Quack Car Wash membership immediately and confirm the cancellation in writing. I do not authorize any future charges. I completely deny threatening any of your employees. I stated that I would leave a negative review based on my experience and the way your employees handled the damage to my vehicle. An honest negative review is not a threat, and your manager eddie had no justification for falsely accusing me of threatening anyone. After being a loyal customer for more than a year, I was treated with complete disrespect. Your manager called me, screamed at me, threatened to make a police report, and then hung up before allowing me to respond. This conduct was unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable. Instead of properly addressing the damage to my vehicle, your company has chosen to make false accusations against me. I will not continue doing business with a company that treats a long-term customer this way. Cancel my membership effective immediately, stop all future charges, and provide written confirmation. I also request that Quick Quack preserve all relevant surveillance footage, phone records, incident reports, and employee statements concerning this matter. Do not misrepresent my statement about leaving a review as a threat.
