  Roberto did an outstanding job! Everything was so easy. Didn't have to go to dealership until the end, just to sign the documents. Vehicle was brought to my home to test drive. Credit app was submitted and immediately got approval notification with financing options. I had never had such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle. From start to finish Roberto was super professional and followed up even after to ensure everything was taken care. Highly recommended.

  I recently purchased my new Mercedes-Benz from this dealership, and while the experience wasn’t completely seamless, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. There were a few issues after the sale, including some communication delays regarding my trade-in payoff, a window tint that had to be redone, and a scratch on my rear bumper that needed attention. At times, it was frustrating because I wasn’t always sure what was happening or when things would be resolved. What made the difference was my salesperson, Michael Salinas. He stayed professional, kept working on my behalf, and made sure my concerns were addressed from start to finish. Even when there were communication challenges behind the scenes, Michael continued to follow up and advocate for me until everything was resolved. The dealership ultimately made everything right. They honored their commitments, resolved every concern I had, and even reimbursed me more than the payment that was drafted on my previous vehicle while the payoff was being processed. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and while unexpected hiccups can happen, I believe what really matters is how a dealership responds when things don’t go perfectly. In my experience, they stood behind their promises, and because of Michael Salinas’ dedication and the dealership’s commitment to making things right, I can honestly say I’m now 100% happy with my new Mercedes-Benz.   I received outstanding service from start to finish. Mr. Martin ensured that my vehicle was properly taken care of and that all the necessary work was completed. I was especially impressed with the mechanic, who sent me a detailed video explaining the inspection, the work that had been performed, and his recommendations for my vehicle. This level of communication, professionalism, and customer care made the entire experience exceptional. I highly recommend their service.
