  We have purchase many cars throughout the years & thus, have had a variety of sales experiences...some of them bad. But working with sales consultant, Tommy, from Genesis of Harlingen, gave us the BEST purchase experience we have ever had. He had the product knowledge & willingness to ensure that we were satisfied with every aspect prior to our purchase. But his involvement didn't stop once he had made the sale. He called & even made a house call to ensure we understood & were able to access the multiple features of our new car. Now, THAT'S exceptional service above & beyond.

  Unfortunately, my experience with the service department and customer service was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in—which isn’t even a year old—after the engine light came on. I was told it would be inspected and that I would have an update by noon the following day. That update never came. Nearly a week passed, and the tracking link I was provided continued to show no progress beyond “arrival complete.” I called/sent texts to the service advisor and service department multiple times trying to get an update, but I didn’t receive any answers, and at times couldn’t even get someone to answer the phone. After a week, I finally requested a loaner vehicle. Another two weeks went by with me repeatedly calling and texting for updates, again with very little to no communication. It wasn’t until I left a voicemail clearly expressing my frustration that I finally received a call back and the process was expedited. It took over 3 weeks to get any update/answer. For a luxury brand, this level of service and communication is extremely disappointing. I previously had my vehicle serviced at the San Antonio location, where the experience was completely different. They provided a loaner even for minor service appointments that only took a few hours and consistently kept me updated throughout the process. This experience did not reflect the level of service I would expect from a luxury dealership, and unfortunately, I will avoid having my vehicle serviced at this location again if at all possible.

  Sale didn't go thru but Virginia Aileen is very accommodating person when I started asking questions on a particular vehicle. Somehow, I got switched to a different person (probably management) and the deal fell thru. If you need, do ask for her. She will make your buying experience an easy experience and stress free. i
