    Best car shopping experience of my life!! All transactions were done by phone/online, and they delivered the car to me out of town the following day! I got a generous discount (my local dealer would not) and great terms. Cannot recommend highly enough! My days of sitting at a dealership for three or four hours are gone!

    Bianca in service is honestly the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever dealt with in all the years I have done business with Bert Ogden Hyundai in Harlingen. My mom's Sonata had an issue and Bianca asked us to go ahead and bring it in so the service technicians could check it out. Once we arrived, Bianca was outside waiting for us and greeted us with a smile and walked in and waited on us right away. She was very attentive to what was going on with the vehicle and told us that we would receive updates once they knew what the issue was and how it could be resolved. A couple days later, Bianca called me personally and said that the service team ran the diagnostics and told us exactly what the problem was. She let us know what parts would be needed and was able to give us a price for parts and labor. I was concerned because I kept receiving automated texts that other parts needed to be ordered and I didnt understand why. I contacted Bianca and she assured me that no other parts were ordered except the one that was needed and discussed. Bianca personally called us that the car was ready and walked us to the cashier and for the first time EVER, Bianca was spot on with the price of the service. We were so thankful and she walked us out as we left the lot. Bianca is truly an Angel and Bert Ogden is lucky to have her. If I could, I would rate her a 10 out of 10.

    I took my Hyundai Tucson in for its first oil change since purchasing it from this dealership. Bianca was friendly, professional, and provided great customer service throughout the visit. My only disappointment was the wait time. I had an appointment for an oil change,took approximately three hours, which felt excessive for a routine maintenance service. While I appreciate the staff’s courtesy, I hope the service department can improve its efficiency and provide more accurate wait-time expectations in the future. Overall, the customer service was good, but the long wait made the experience less convenient than expected.

    I was incredibly satisfied overall with my car buying experience. The no-pressure sale truly turned a potentially painful first time car buying experience into an enjoyable one. Sam was very responsive when we communicated via text, and had no problems providing numbers while maintaining transparency. When it was time to visit the dealership, the process was smooth and straightforward which I appreciated since I had just gotten off a 12 hr shift. Everyone I interacted with were polite and helpful. I am hella excited to be the new owner of this beauty!

    Unfortunately, one star is as low as I can go! The only good thing about this dealer is the facility. I really wish that I did not have to trash this dealer because the GM is a brother Marine. After my visit yesterday I can no longer hold back. I sold Hyundai years ago so am familiar with their Certified Pre-owned program and that's why I chose to buy a particular vehicle from this dealership. What a mistake!! Nothing went right from the first time we went to pickup the vehicle (which was supposed to be Certified but wasn't) and the last time when we went to pick up our registration and CPO paperwork. 1. No one in the dealership knows the entire CPO process, including what documents should be given to the customer during finalization, including the sales manager. 2. They will lie to you. When I asked one of the managers to let me speak to the GM I was told that he was not there. I could see him in his office. That particular manager should not be allowed to deal with customers. Just yesterday, when I asked about service deductibles (since I wasn't given the required document that would explain this), I was told adamantly that "there is not a deductible for a CPO service". A simple google search will tell you there is a $50 deductible. The manager, Sam (who is a nice guy) admitted to me that he had only been with Hyundai and this dealership for two and a half months and may not be as knowledgeable on Hyundai as I was. New sales people have to perform online training on Hyundai products prior to selling. Maybe this should be a practice for sales manager as well. 3. The GM told me that he would send me his personal cell # but never did. 4. Somehow I was involved with 4 different sales people (excluding management) who had no clue what was going on. 5. When the vehicle was delivered to my lady friend she was handed the keys and the sales person, number 4, only checked to see if we had gas before sending us on our way. No familiarization with the vehicle (which the GM tells me is required). 6. The published corporate office phone number is actually for one of their Chevrolet dealerships. There is literally no way to contact them to advise them of the incompetence and frustration that you are experiencing at one of their dealerships. I could go on another 20 pages but will summarize simply by saying some of the lying was not intentional but was due to incompetence. Sam. one of the sales managers, tried to do the right thing but was inhibited by his lack of knowledge of the process. In our most recent interaction Sam accused me of "adding cream to the taco". I'm not sure what that means but he intimated that I was exacerbating my lady friend's dissatisfaction with the car due to her bad feelings about the dealership. Little does he know that I was the one that kept the deal together while she was ready to abandon it. The F&I guy was totally incompetent by not providing us with the proper paperwork. Due to our experience with the dealership I feel compelled to warn others from experiencing the same incompetence and frustration.
