  SO happy with my 2027 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy! 😍😍😍 Thank you, Roy M. and Marcos and financing manager (can’t recall name) for taking care of us! Switched from Tesla to this and I couldn’t be happier! There was no pressure and it was an ease talking over the period of two weeks, which is why I picked to purchase here. Everywhere else felt pushy, especially in Brownsville. Bert Ogden the best!

  Gerardo Cavazos was amazing, he knew i was in a hurry so he worked very quickly to get me out the door. He was very easy to talk to and explained all the details of the vehicle well during the test drive. He was very personable and seemed to really care about my satisfaction with my selected vehicle. He offered alternative vehicles in my price range and gave me oprtions. I would want him to be my sales agent next time I purchase a car so well.

  El lugar es exelente completamete nuevo, asi literal nuevas instalaciones que aun tienen eres aroma a nuevo como sus autos, agradezco mucho la ayuda de Gerardo un gran vendedor me ayudo muchísimo, me resolvió todas mis dudas gran paciencia que me tuvieron todos, tambien la atencion del señor Jaime para concluir el trato muy, muy claro muy profesional en todo, siempre he comprado con bergt ogden, pero esra vez superaron mis expectativas, los felicito además me siento muy contento por mi nueva suv.

  Purchased 2023 jeep renegade and was promised a windshield replacement .to wait til Monday and they would schedule an appointment no one contacted me so I called my sales man and he said they only fill in the dings . That’s not what was promised.also when the sales man handed me the keys the key fob was damaged the second one was also.so the salesman told me he would order me one.so I called hi to follow up on that also he said they can only order one….I asked to speak with a mgr.they put me on hold for 10 min. then came back and said he was busy…I waited 2hours for him to call me .No call so Icalled him he told me he could give me a used one I was ok with that as long as it worked with no problem….and he said he was offering a fix but them left me hanging I text him again on response. I guess this is how you treat loyal customers….how disappointing 30 thousand dollars and this is what you give your customers they don’t even open the doors to the car….
