  My experience at this dealership was not pleasant at all. My salesperson (Jorge) was very kind & patient… HOWEVER the dealership and financial dept were a complete other headache. The communication with questions/concerns was awful. It took approximately 3 days to close a deal on a truck, I spent 7 hours on the 1st day with no real communication/ knowledge of what was going on. We were left at the desk and they’d come give us a 15 second update then boom back into their main office laughing and gossiping for 40-50 minutes at a time til a “new” update was reached on the vehicle / deal. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from all different dealerships in my lifetime NONE have took this long from a communication stand point. Ex: they’d request a document or something for a discount like military, I ALREADY had my email from RAM that I qualified with the code. Apparently the code didn’t work & they needed a new one… fine…. Re did the application on RAM website took 5 minutes BUT took them about 45 minutes to input my code and for them to be like “oh yeah this code works” I have a timer on my phone we probably wasted 10 hours in the span of the 3 days just WAITING for the “next step” A bunch of back and forth to get a “deal” done. I had to fight my behind off to get where I wanted to be but it shouldn’t have been like that. The whole “we’re losing money on this deal” card was pulled on me and I laughed when I heard that like come on we both know that it’s not true. At the end of the day I got a deal & a truck that I wanted but I know they “got” me somewhere, I just didn’t have the energy to fight it anymore. Reminder, my salesperson Jorge was very knowledgeable in the truck & went out of his way to pick up the truck at another location for us. He apologized for the wait times and other issues that I had with other members. I definitely will be recommending Jorge to friends & family members. BUT I could not confidently say that I would recommended or do business again at this dealership. All respectfully. I hope they improve their communication with customers. Don’t leave their customers in the dark for multiple hours. Amongst other things.

  I was really satisfied with Mr. Cuba our sales man; he is very knowledgeable with the vehicle he was showing me. I was very comfortable with with him; I didn't feel like i wad being forced to buy. In the finance department; I was also satisfied with Mr. Edgar Garza. He also explained everything very well. I will go back and buy again.

  This is by far the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with since January that I purchased a vehicle there I've had to take it in a week after purchase to repair major parts three major parts. Now I'm only asking for the photos that they sold the vehicle with online and they're no longer responding to my messages since Monday this past Monday. From the experience of in-person to online these people act like teenagers out of high school. Bert Ogden is supposed to have a good reputation but I guess Harlingen is the trash

  Wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop for cars here. They’re obviously pushing their bad cars out first and claiming to have no issues. First Honda we took out, whole computer system went out in 2 months. The car won’t even start anymore, the dealership can’t even get it to turn on. Tried to throw us in another vehicle with another down payment, left the lot around 8pm and went straight home. First thing the next morning, all sensors are on, headlights are out, and back at the dealership to check it. Dealership says they want to keep it over the weekend as now this one is not wanting to start either. These cars should be going through final inspections before they make the lot. 2 cars in 3 months and not trying to make this right. Wouldn’t recommend going there at all..
