- GPgabino pena3 days ago1.0Service department sucks, nearly impossible to reach them over the phone. 2 weeks and no updates and my vehicle hasn't even been checked yet. Sunroof shattered, new vehicle defect, should be a quick fix but here i am waiting for some sort of update 2 weeks later.
- RGRobert GarzaOct 4, 20265.0The buying process was easy, both Marco and Randy kept us informed and treated both my wife and I like family. The hospitality of the dealership was next to none. We both are happy with how easy the purchasing of our new Charger went and definitely going to recommend friends and family to Bert Ogden Harlingen specifically Randy and Marco. Thank you!!
- AAAlejandro AbadOct 1, 20265.0Just when I had lost all faith in Bert Ogden car dealerships…. I have got to say that the guys here at Bert Ogden CDJR gave me hope again. They ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond to make the deal. Not only a deal, but the deal that we wanted. Both Sammy and Coach worked to get us everything we were asking for and made it happen. Thank you guys! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, go to CDJR in Harlingen. You won’t regret it.
- NFNicolas FernandezSep 24, 20265.0Had a great experience purchasing my Gladiator here! Nathan and Marcos were both awesome and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were helpful, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal. I drove away happy with my purchase and honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service. 10/10 experience and 100/10 customer service! Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
- SLskotty lealSep 24, 20265.0The auto industry is dealing with a huge number of vehicles coming in for service so understand that first. That being said, getting an appointment here when my check engine light came on was really easy. Process was quick and didn’t have to wait long to take my caravan in. Now dealing with extended warranty purchased elsewhere is the stressful part of this game. Getting authorization can be a hassle at times so I’d like to say THANK YOU to Lorena Pena for taking that stress off my already full plate. You helped get my non profit organizations vehicle back on the road right before our busy season! Also thank you Karen Cruz for following up with the pick up process! Thank you from myself and the Junior RGV Ghostbusters for getting our vehicle back on the road for charity!
