  I had a great experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes in Harker Heights, especially because of Jimmy. I came in frustrated over a set of wheel locks I had purchased from another company that I wanted Mavis to install on my son’s vehicle. Jimmy could tell I was frustrated and went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem. He took the time to research the correct wheel locks, size, and specifications needed for the vehicle. He even called the original store where I purchased them to verify whether they had the correct ones available. Jimmy wrote down the exact part number and measurements I needed and recommended a few better-quality brands to consider. What impressed me most was that Jimmy didn’t have to do any of this. Instead of simply telling me the wheel locks I brought in wouldn't work and sending me on my way, he took the extra time to help me find the right solution. That is excellent customer service. Jimmy was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping. Mavis has earned my business, and I really appreciate Jimmy going the extra mile for me and my son. Highly recommend Jimmy and the team at Mavis in Harker Heights! I also want to recognize Shelly at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Harker Heights for the excellent customer service she provided. From the beginning, Shelly was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help with the issue I was having with my son’s wheel locks. What stood out to me was her willingness to assist and make sure I was taken care of. She listened to my concerns, understood my frustration, and worked with Jimmy to help get me pointed in the right direction. Good customer service is more than just completing a transaction—it’s about making customers feel like their concerns matter. Shelly did exactly that. I really appreciated the effort and positive attitude she showed. Between Shelly and Jimmy, the team at Mavis in Harker Heights turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. Thank you, Shelly, for being so helpful and making sure I was taken care of!

  Very kind and polite people. The work done on my car was done super fast. Great customer service and I really love the new look of the store! I think the only thing I’d have to say is it did seem hot inside from the ac being out but overall had a great experience. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some new tires!

  The crew at Mavis are knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and friendly. I use them for all my vehicle needs and they do a great job. Thanks to Jackson for my most recent battery replacement.

  I stopped by because I had a noise coming from the front of my jeep Shelly was there to help me came to find out it’s the struts thanks to her it took a big relief from me because I thought it was an engine problem thank you Shelly for helping me out you was very helpful.

  I had a great experience at NTB in Harker Heights. Shelly was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, funny, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. It’s not often you come across someone who is so friendly while also being great at their job. She took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated, and made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer instead of just another number. The whole team was professional, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you, Shelly, and everyone at NTB, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs tires or automotive service.
