  I stopped by because I had a noise coming from the front of my jeep Shelly was there to help me came to find out it’s the struts thanks to her it took a big relief from me because I thought it was an engine problem thank you Shelly for helping me out you was very helpful.

  Ask for Brandon Deweese. I drive a lifted 2016 Jeep Wrangler with all the usual Jeep mods, so I know how hard it can be to find a shop that really understands these vehicles. I came in with an ABS light and intermittent brake issues, and instead of getting a scary diagnosis and a pile of excuses like I did at other shops, Brandon and his team took care of it the right way. Mavis has already done over $3,500 in work for me, so I trusted them and Brandon gave me yet another reason to keep coming back. His manager, April, was also very involved and made sure the right person handled the job. Great experience all around. Mavis really has the right team in Austin! 🤘🏻

  I had a great experience at NTB in Harker Heights. Shelly was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, funny, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. It’s not often you come across someone who is so friendly while also being great at their job. She took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated, and made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer instead of just another number. The whole team was professional, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you, Shelly, and everyone at NTB, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs tires or automotive service.
