  They did awesome!!! Told me everything that was wrong walked me through everything and got me in and out the door in less than an hour!!! Definitely coming back!!!!

  I just wanna give a huge shout out to Bill and Will at the Knights Way location. I have a daughter who is currently in the hospital battling cancer, and an emergency came up right as my brakes went out. They were so quick to get me in and get my car serviced so that I could be on the way to my daughter. To top it off I told them my budget (cancer is expensive) and they did everything they could to make sure I could afford the service and still leave with my car in safe, driving condition. They truly went above and beyond. It means so much to see my community being a community, and helping out the people around them. All of the stress that I have on my plate right now, and they made this experience the exact opposite. Something that typically would be a huge burden, they made so stress free and simple. To most people this might not mean that much, but this is something that directly affects my ability to be with my daughter, especially during a time like this. This is one of those moments in her cancer journey where somebody steps in and steps up and it’s something that I will never forget. Thank you so much guys.

  These Guys are awesome they replaced both of my brake pads efficiently and fast definitely stop by here for all of your vehicle needs they are #1 in the area

  The guys there are amazing!! The helped this single mother tremendously. I couldn’t afford the whole thing and they worked with me and I am so grateful for them. They are a blessing!

  Today started out terrible. Was told from another business that the lug nuts on my car were stripped and they wouldn’t be able to charge my tires. I called Will at Breaks Plus and explained to him what happened. He remembered me from the previous week as they did my front breaks. He said there is no way your lug nuts are stripped. He asked me to bring my car by so he could look. Was able to remove them rather quickly. Will recommend me changing my lug nuts to some that hopefully won’t swell. Will called around and found me some from another business. Told me to bring them by and he would swap out the old nuts with the new lug nuts. Not a lot of business would even think of going that extra mile. If you need your breaks looked at, oil changes and/or alignments. Please go see Will and his team at Breaks Plus in Harker Heights.
