- HMHailey MullenMay 10, 20261.0Had a terrible experience here this morning. Needed a new battery for my car and went in to purchase. Upon telling the employee why I was there she rolled her eyes and questioned me on how I knew I needed one. I explained to her why I knew and she said “I’ll just go see for myself” and walked out annoyed. As soon as I lifted the hood she said oh we can’t help you because you have a cover. I told her that I read on the website that batteries can be installed with purchase of a battery and she stated that’s only for certain cars, not all. She told me just to go to Walmart where they can do everything there even after I asked if I could purchase the battery there and try to figure out how to put it in myself. Had a great experience at Walmart in Harker Heights for anyone that needs a battery and they were even short staffed!
- HJHugo JimenezMay 4, 20261.0I parked in front of the store with a truck and Trailer. There are no signs that say that you cannot park there with a trailer. When I walked in the store, I was greeted with the store manager, which I did not get his name. And he tells me that I need to move my truck that I cannot park there seeing that I’m carrying a trailer with equipment and it’s not easy to maneuver. He could’ve just asked me what I needed quickly or while I moved the truck and trailer he could’ve helped me pull the parts that I needed it. But I was asked to move. I’ll just be heading back to the O’Reilly that I usually go to is the reason why I do not come to AutoZone
