  PLEASE AVOID CALIBER CAR WASH UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR EQUIPMENT. I went through the car wash yesterday, and the way those brushes were hitting my car was ridiculous. The tire-cleaning wheel literally pushed my tire in the opposite direction while my car was on the tracks, causing damage to my rims. According to the employee I spoke with, they don’t even have the proper brushes and are having to make do with the bare minimum because the company isn’t providing the parts needed to properly maintain this location. And to make matters worse, there’s no way to even leave the company a voicemail to report what’s going on. I would honestly avoid all Caliber Car Wash locations until they get their equipment fixed and start properly maintaining their washes. You’re paying upwards of $20 just to have your paint potentially damaged, your rims messed up, and your car STILL not come out clean. How are you charging people that kind of money when your equipment is damaging their vehicles? The company needs to do better!!!!!

  Don’t go to this car wash until the company replaces what it needs to replace to keep a properly functioning car wash that does not damage people’s Vehicle . I went through the car wash yesterday, I had noticed the brushes were hitting my car aggressively and the tire Cleaning wheel literally pushed my tire into the opposite direction while it was on tracks and damaged my rims. From the employee told me there is no brushes, And they’re having to use the minimum that they can use, considering the company does not provide them with the correct parts to maintain this location. You can’t leave a voicemail for the company to let them know what’s going on… I would avoid all caliber car wash washes. Not to mention, the car washes are upwards of $20 just for them to ruin your paint ruin your rims and still not even get your car clean…

  Hello, I need to speak directly with someone from Caliber Car Wash corporate regarding a serious customer-service issue involving Junior (“Jr.”), the manager at the Beach Street location in Fort Worth, Texas. I had a membership with Caliber and came to the location intending to wash both of my vehicles. Jr. would not allow me to wash both vehicles as I expected under my membership. Because I was unable to get both vehicles washed, I told him I could not continue paying for a membership that was not meeting my needs, so I canceled it. However, even after canceling my membership, I was still willing to remain a paying customer. I specifically asked to PAY for a basic car wash for my second vehicle. Jr. refused to even allow me to purchase the wash and then told me he wanted me off the property. He attempted to justify this by claiming that I was being aggressive or had acted improperly on the property. I strongly dispute that characterization. I did not threaten him or cause a disturbance. I was asking to purchase a basic car wash for my vehicle. I am extremely concerned that a manager would turn away a customer who was still willing to spend money with Caliber and then make accusations about that customer's behavior to justify refusing service. I am requesting that someone from corporate contact me regarding this incident and review what happened, including any available surveillance footage from the location. I would also like clarification on why I was refused the opportunity to purchase a basic car wash after canceling my membership. Please escalate this beyond the store level. I specifically want to speak with a district, regional, or corporate representative who has authority over this location and can properly address my complaint regarding Jr.’s conduct. Thank you.
