  Pretty disappointing experince. Their machines inside are not 100% functioning and its not being advertised or warned prior to purchase. I paid extra for a wax to be added, and once I realized their top brush was not working. Meaning, wax was added to dirt on top of the car, basically paid extra for nothing. I knew it didnt work because once we parked to vacuum, I saw the dirt on the hood, roof anf back hatch, rubbed my finger across and found dirts covered on my print. Made the employee aware and they stated "well there's nothing I can do". I dont blame the employee and I know they cant do anything, but at least warn customers who are paying extra to not receive the service they paid for. Not really worth coming back. If yall are still going and paying extra, enjoy getting half of the service for the full price you paid.

  I paid $39.99 for the car wash, but it still looks dirty. It’s a waste of time and money because you still need to manually wash your car.

  Señores aquí están trabajando con el agua de detergente o no se que le hechan, sucia. Tiene mal olor y los muchachos que pasan el cepillos en los cristales del carro le dan unos tirones q en cualquier momento lo rompen y al final la parte de abajo de la cajuela queda sucia y otras partes también. Por favor, sería bueno recibir un mejor servicio

  Quickest easiest car wash ever and the car stayed shining all week. They gave me free car fresheners, fresh towels to wipe the car down, plus free access to windshield and all purpose cleaner to top it off. P.S. The vacuum was free, too!
